On June 21, 2024, I placed an order with BMIMD, which was delivered damaged. The package contained a very warm ice pack that was leaking, and the package itself was slightly opened. Due to this issue, I paused my subscription on July 15, 2024, and was assured that no further charges would be made. However, on July 17, 2024, I received an email notification indicating that I had been charged $270.29. I promptly contacted BMIMD via email, informing them that my subscription was paused and that I should not have been charged. Despite my communication, both employees I corresponded with have refused to issue a refund. Additionally, in the email confirmation for my first order on June 21, 2024, it was stated that my recurring total would be $300.29 per month. However, my account now shows a recurring total of $499.00 plus $29.99. This discrepancy further complicates the issue and has caused additional concern.

I tried many different diets, and, due to constant restrictions and breakdowns, I could not do anything with my weight. I was desperate. I decided to try it and took a risk by placing an order. Thanks to the groupon it wasn't expensive. It was the right decision. Weight began to decrease, appetite almost disappeared. Adaptation was easy, there was almost no nausea. I'm currently in the process of losing weight. I recommend the product. I will order more.
