I thought it was just another company that only collects your info and then makes the whole process extremely difficult. Was very surprised how smooth whole process was. Great customer service and fast shipping. Definitely will be ordering again.

No way of contacting them for customer service. The order was shipped and O was charged $29.99 for 1 day shipping. UPS delivered it in 4 days but to the wrong address. UPS themselves have been a pain to deal with, but they claim the sender has better control over submitting claims, however there is no way to reach anyone for customer service, aside from email and they don’t respond for a1-2 business days.

I received my first order as expected and it worked for the first two weeks. I had to stop using it for 2 weeks due to eye surgery. My second order came and was not cold when I received it. It also seemed like some of the order has spilled out. After several attempts at customer service, they assured me it would be OK. On the first dose. I paused my next order immediately as I was going on a cruise and would be out of the country when it came. Also seems to be less effective and would order a higher dose if I reordered in a month. Not happy to see the next order "in process" and I paused it again. This time it seems to have gone through. Way too expensive. Hope they do not charge my credit card or send an order to an empty house.

The process was easy and quick. I had worked with my doctor and prescribed the medication however my insurance plan didn't cover it. This was a great affordable alternative. The doctor answered all my questions, ordered my labs, and explained the process thoroughly.
