Everything was going well until my 2nd order came. The vial did not contain the last dose. It is taking them too long to respond which has caused me to miss my 8th dose. I am still waiting to see if they are going to correct the matter. The medication is too expensive to be missing a dose. Just be aware that there isn't a phone number to call. All communications are through email. So, you can't talk to a live person to know immediately if your issue is being resolved. ...still waiting Update. I received the dosage on Sept 21st.
