bmiMD texted me on October 9, 2024 to inform me that they'd no longer be able to supply tirzepatide but I could order my final refill before they stop. I was halfway through my first month's supply at the time so I decided to go ahead and get a refill so I could take advantage of the higher dosage before the program ended. I applied all of my rewards to the refill, but ended up being charged the full price despite my rewards balance being zeroed out by the order. Customer service is nonexistent since their number goes straight to voicemail and they never respond to emails. I refused to let them get away with overcharging me by hundreds of dollars, so I went ahead and just opened a dispute with my bank for the price difference.

In all honesty….I had purchased a Groupon for the new year and used the drug for 3 months. My results were going well with no side effects. I decided to stop the drug for 2 months since I was happy with my results. Then my dad passed away and I noticed I had put on a few pounds from eating poorly due to depression. I decided to go back on the medication. I reached out to the same company, and for some reason they sent me the medication from a different manufacturer then what they previously used (name and label are different) didn’t think anything of it and I injected the amount that it instructed me to do so, within two hours I became gravely ill. I was vomiting for four days straight. I became really really really sick. I ended up with some abdominal pains and I had to go for a CT scan of the abdomen. I thought I was going into renal failure the pain in my back and the urine smell was terrible as well as fever, headaches, etc. I never had any symptoms like this when I previously used the medication and I really can’t say that I’m hundred percent better today and it’s been three weeks. I reached out to the company to let them know what was going on and I even offered to send back the medication to show that I only injected myself one time and this happened to me. This terrible adverse reaction no one should ever have to go through and I requested a refund and they clearly told me “No” they will not do anything for me. I think this is terrible and I urge you to be careful using this company.
