Worthless product oral sermorelin

Terrible customer service. There is no phone number and people are slow to respond. Also, I tried to pause my 3 month subscription after receiving 2 months worth of medicine and to reactivate I had to pay for another 3 months- I basically paid for 3 months worth of meds but only got 2.

Horrible customer service! They lie saying my credit card was not approved and dont reply for days. All the messages keep stating "please update your payment method" after I entered 3 different credit cards! Company is a scam! They never ship! They don't have product in stock so they say your payment didn't go through! O one returns calls and email replies are generic. BS frustrating scam after taking the time to upload and enter information 😡

I placed an order with bmiMD on 05/14/2025. I cancelled the order the same day. I was advised via email from a representative Alexandra that my order was cancelled and my Affirm account would be credited $428.99. Stated to wait 5 to 10 business days. I waited over 20 business days and no refund on my Affirm account. I contacted the same representative(or maybe another one) and advised my Affirm account was never credited. I filed a dispute with Affirm due to they were threatening collection action. I contacted bmiMD again via email with the same representative who stated I had to delete the dispute to have my account credited the refund. I asked what about the previous email stating the refund was applied and to wait 5 to 10 business days. No response. So, I deleted the dispute and the bmiMD representative again stated the refund has been issued to Affirm and it would take 5 to 10 business days. Once again, no refund applied to my Affirm account. Beware of this company. They will lie to you and keep going around in circles hoping you pay the bill. I have now again filed a dispute with Affirm and sent them about 10 pages of documents proving my case. I can't stand liars, especially in a business environment. STAY AWAY FROM BMIMD

They failed to send me my medication with ice packs and the medication spoiled. They refused to refund me, and have stopped answering my emails. Customer service is non-existent, the company is dishonest. Look elsewhere for your peptides! If anything goes wrong, they will not help you.

This company use to be great! Their product was from a compound pharmacy in Bellmore which closed down. Now they use a compound pharmacy in PA and changed the formula which I don't trust tbh. No word from the company about the change or anything. Took my sister's money on 6/27 and never shipped it. Now she's getting the run around. Go elsewhere!

Huge scam. Never sent my meds and just kept ignoring me or giving me the run around. Still haven't gotten them.

I have been ordering my medications from bmimd.com for the last two years and I’ve been super happy with their services! Anytime there is an issue they’ve always been there for me and they have a great support team! Wouldn’t order my medications from anyone else!
