If it was possible to rate no stars I would. Please save yourself money and DO NOT buy from them. You think you are buying American but it is from China. The dress I ordered my daughter looks nothing like the picture and they refuse a refund. The only refund I was offered was 45% of what I paid and I have to pay return shipping. This company is a joke. You are better off ordering from Amazon. I also opted for the worry free purchase and now I will never see my money again. I had to contact the BBB just to get them to respond to my emails.

Hi Amanda, We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order. We understand how frustrating it can be when a purchase doesn’t meet your expectations. We’d like to clarify that our team has been actively responding to your messages and working with you regarding your concerns. Our website also clearly outlines our refund policy, including the policy for customized dresses, which are not eligible for a full refund due to their made-to-order nature. That said, we genuinely want to resolve this matter on a positive note. We have offered compensation as a gesture of goodwill, and we remain committed to communicating with you and finding a solution that is fair and reasonable. We value our customers and hope we can reach a mutually satisfactory resolution. Best regards, BMBRIDAL

After several months of correspondence…Issues Solved
After several months of correspondence and unsuccessful attempts to return the dress, BM Bridal ultimately issued a full refund without requiring its costly return. While I appreciate that final resolution, the return process itself was lengthy and frustrating. Buyers should carefully review the return policy before ordering.
