The dress looked great
The dress looked great, but unfortunately the sequins were too itchy for me to wear comfortably. I reached out to customer service and Emma was really helpful. She understood the issue and was able to get me a 20% refund. I really appreciate her taking the time to help!

I was really nervous about ordering my…
I was really nervous about ordering my wedding dress online after reading some mixed reviews, but I’m so glad I decided to go with BMBRIDAL. I contacted them before placing my order because I wanted to make a few changes to the design, and Mary was very helpful and answered all my questions. The dress took a little longer than I originally expected, but this was understandable because of the changes I requested. I received it and I’m so happy with it. The quality is amazing, and it looks even better in person than I expected. Thank you!

Bought this for my daughter's…
Bought this for my daughter's homecoming and she loved it! It fit her really well and looked so pretty on her. She was so excited when she tried it on. We're really happy with how it turned out.

I ordered my daughter’s homecoming…
I ordered my daughter’s homecoming dress and it wouldn’t be here till October but the dance is in September. I tried to cancel but couldn’t so they put a rush on it and in two days it has shipped. Can’t wait to see her in it. 🥰

After several months of correspondence…Issues Solved
After several months of correspondence and unsuccessful attempts to return the dress, BM Bridal ultimately issued a full refund without requiring its costly return. While I appreciate that final resolution, the return process itself was lengthy and frustrating. Buyers should carefully review the return policy before ordering.
