I’m writing this because of the customer support. I have been waiting to get my bike fixed and finally found out what is wrong with it. The motor needs to be replaced and the controller. The whole bike is great the front bearing I’m pretty sure broke on mine when I put it together they didn’t fall out but there’s movement near the suspension and lifting the handlebars. I wish that they would send the part instead of sending bot messages. I love the bike snd how it rides I couldn’t want anything else I hope you understand why I wrote this and I give the bike a 5 for the price and quality. I gave it a 2 because of customer support.

Got may k10 in February of 2025- November 2025 and 200 miles, ran great out the box with no issues fast and strong dual motor dual battery, got a code 10 I reached out to the company and after a few emails, pictures and diagnostic attempts they said they will send out parts to fix it and they did they sent out a new controller and supporting wire harness. The emails are a little frustrating for someone that doesn’t really know how to do back-and-forth with emails “me” but at the end they did right and the bike is running great again thank you Jessica. I wold recommend the product
