Bluvall EbikeReviews of bluvall.com

Bought a Bluvall SU8 from them, took 2 months for them to deliver it and once they did it lasted about 3 months fully functioning before it ran into major issues. Asked them for help, they sent me a different LCD screen for the controller. LCD screen was installed, still had issues, identified that it was the battery that was dysfunctional, asked them for help with it and was told I'd have to buy a new one. This was all after they ognroed me for 4 weeks on one occasionand 6 weeks om a other. No exploring options, no assistance to see if anything else could be done, only beckoned to buy more of their products. Asked for a refund and, or a battery replacement, was told no and ignored my request to escalate this. If you want to buy a functional ebike with customer service and decent warranty, god forbid anything goes wrong, stay far away from this company.

So I got my son a bike for Christmas and the instructions were not the right ones for his Ebike. The QR code for the video was also not for his bike. We did troubleshoot via email for like a month. They kept asking for more videos and crap even when I sent video they then wanted me to do the same thing for as ONE video, which I refuse given I did each step as they requested via email. They had me buy a volt meter to test the battery to determine it was in fact the battery as I had told them. I had wanted to return the bike at this point but it was of course way past 30day so declined my return. Took another month to get the battery and it worked. Unfortunately, my son took a fall and the bikes front fork bent (wasn’t even that serious of a fall) definitely cheaply made. So I ordered a front fork. Which took another month. Just received it and it’s not even the same as the one the bike had. Mind you they send you an email requesting all kinds of information to confirm it is indeed the part yet still got the wrong one. I have also requested a bill of sale and a certificate of manufacture to register the bike over a month ago and still haven’t received anything. DO NOT buy from this company. They are a complete nightmare and appear to be incompetent with their own products. The worse experience and waste of money I have ever spent. Not only am I out this money, I have decided at this point I’m better just buying a whole as different bike or scooter. They did not reimburse a damn thing for the battery issue even though that was a discussion. As of this review I haven't heard back about the fork or my documents!

Bluvall ebike These bikes are not only cheaply made they're downright dangerous I've been a mechanic for 40 years working on cars and trucks new out of the box of suspension is so stiff even if you adjusted all the way out you can't even get it to move so I removed the springs they're way oversized and you literally have to either replace the springs or heat them up to make them lose their temper to get a little springiness out of them it's same way with the rear suspension On the front fork there's only one spring on the left fork only which is dangerous it creates torsional stress on the front forks and cause a failure. the B1 bike the entire handlebar assembly instead of having a wedge fork which holds the handlebars into the down tube it's held on by an 10 mm bolt which attached to a star washer made out of sheet metal that's jammed into the down tube if that bolt breaks or the sheet metal washer comes out while you're riding a trail or on a jump you'd be seriously injured The hydraulic brakes are absolutely worthless you need 10 times more stopping distance to get the thing to stop then old scrub brakes on old bicycles and the brake pads are only contacting a small part of the brake disc after a short time of riding the chain broke off and fell off out in a field and I never found it The twist throttle is held on to The handlebar by an 8 mm bolt tightened into a plastic wedge which if that comes off your hand slides off The handlebar and you will lose control ball bluevall will not honor warranty replacements even though still under warranty because I received a bike the controller was defective and the chain is defective although the bike looks good and the paint job nice what you don't see is what will kill you at 35 mph or on trails

I’m writing this because of the customer support. I have been waiting to get my bike fixed and finally found out what is wrong with it. The motor needs to be replaced and the controller. The whole bike is great the front bearing I’m pretty sure broke on mine when I put it together they didn’t fall out but there’s movement near the suspension and lifting the handlebars. I wish that they would send the part instead of sending bot messages. I love the bike snd how it rides I couldn’t want anything else I hope you understand why I wrote this and I give the bike a 5 for the price and quality. I gave it a 2 because of customer support.

I'm over 2 weeks communicating on email and what's up with bluvall trying to get a part for my k10 trail bike I've gotten nowhere they keep asking me for photos and videos and keep saying they're looking into it no progress at all made I've had two weeks without a bike it's taken me four hours to get to work and instead of two and cost me money to. I diagnosed the problem myself and told them what part I want and still nothing they just keep asking me the same questions over and over again I had to change my motor already now I have to change the ignition and throttle I've only had the bike since October and spent most of the time fixing it or waiting on a part or writing messages and emails to bluvall this company is very slow and customer service.some other reviews look fake like they right it themselves.if you want to do anything with this company go to Alibaba that's where they get there bikes you'll get them cheaper and there's parts are available for the bikes as well you will save yourself a lot of time and money this is not a real company they just middle men they buy from one company and send it to you I will be posting a Google review because trust pilot is not that reliable for review Google has a much bigger reach and bigger audience and you can trust it more then trust pilot its hit and miss.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM I'm just a regular guy. I'm disabled and don't have a ton of money. What little i have I try to get value from. Bluvall not only sent a bike with a defective battery and/or wiring, but said they were sending parts and instead sent me a FAKE tracking number and a picture of a cardboard box with Chinese writing on it to try to delay me returning the bike to Walmart. Walmart confirmed the tracking number was bogus, not to mention the parts never arrived...obviously. don't buy from these people. Just do your best to save a few more bucks for a more reputable seller.

Had unique situation that required significant amount of attention and assistance from Bluevall's customer service. They were simply extraordinary, communicative, helpful, and simply great. The level of personal attention and assistance I received is rare. Thank you Jessica and team!

Bluvall has the best customer service I have ever received in my 38 years on this earth! Everything about them was amazing! So happy I decided to make my Purchase from them.
