Not good
For more than a week I didn’t have any update on the purchase. Getting in touch via website or email took some days to get an answer.

Styrofoam Packaging
I chose this playpen specifically because it was marketed as a safe, non-toxic product made from untreated wood with no harmful chemicals. That was very important to me as a parent. Unfortunately, the packaging undermined that peace of mind. The box arrived damaged, and while the styrofoam did protect the wood from major damage, it shattered into hundreds of tiny pieces, and due to static they clung to every surface of the playpen. This created a frustrating and time-consuming cleaning process, but more importantly, a safety concern. These tiny pieces could find their way into the play area and eventually inhaled or ingested by my baby, defeating the purpose of purchasing a product advertised as safe and non-toxic. I appreciate that the product itself appears well-made, but the packaging choice and lack of protection against this kind of issue significantly impacted my overall experience. I would strongly recommend the company reconsider its packaging materials.

We are currently exploring more eco-friendly and "mess-free" protective materials (such as honeycomb cardboard or high-density EPE) to ensure our products arrive both safe and clean. Does not ship to FPO
Does not ship to FPO, making it very inconvenient for military personnel stationed overseas to order. I had to order this to a different address and pay extra money to ship it here. Now it will not be here in time for my daughter's birthday. Do better and support our military.

Unfortunately, FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to military addresses such as APO, FPO, or DPO, and USPS is the only carrier available. Additionally, most of our products are large and heavy, which brings shipping restrictions as well as a higher risk of damage or loss. For these reasons, we are currently unable to offer standard shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses for large products. If you do need to place an order to a military address, you are welcome to contact us to test the order. Alternatively, you may consider ordering through Amazon, Walmart, or Temu, which may offer delivery options that work for your location. We appreciate your understanding and hope this helps!
