My package was returned to you because of “missing information” on the address but the address was indeed complete I tried calling, writing and have waisted so much time and nobody was able to send me my order, which I needed to bring with me to visit my grandchildren I please need a reimbursement as I already got something else for them

It came broken and with bad fines he’s. Pieces of painted wood falling out from the beads and sharp edges. I answer the email to start a return and nobody answered me.

DO NOT PURCHASE. I purchased the play pen, which came with two defective parts - a rod and an entire panel, which would not lock into any connector. The Company's customer service was terrible. They do not keep replacement parts in the US - they ship from China, and the Company would not allow me to return the product for a refund.

As part of our resolution efforts, we have already arranged a replacement shipment and issued a 30% refund. Although our return policy was explained clearly in advance, we want to emphasize once again that we always support reasonable returns and refunds once an issue is verified. However, we are not able to accept returns without confirmation of the problem. A purchase is a mutual responsibility on both sides, and verification is necessary to ensure a fair resolution.
