I've utilized BlueSkyCycling several times over the past couple years. Nice selection and very good prices. I miss the free shipping at a certain price point, but it hasn't been a deal breaker since they stopped. On two different occasions I have had one item in my order not be in stock despite showing in stock on thier site. On one of those occasions it was a little difficult for me to get in touch with the sales person who notified me so that I could make a change to my order. Other that that I have been very happy and I will continue to buy from BlueSkyCycling in the future. Packages arrive in quick fashion as long as you don't have to make a change to your order. Thank you!

update: Called sales to see if BlueSky would work with me on shipping. The rep. listened to my concerns on the product descriptions and was able to resolve any concerns i had with purchasing clothing from them. Faith is in the process of being restored. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Recently bought 4 pair of cycling shorts. Two of the pair ran larger than specified on the site (mavic sprint), and two of the pair did not have inner pads as would be expected in a normal pair of shorts(661 sub short). The item description was not accurate as it pertained to a shirt. I was going to try to exchange, however I would be paying triple shipping to maybe get a product I can use. At this point I will be paying double shipping to get the return. I will most likely not purchase any wearable product until there is some improvement to these return policies. Additionally, the shipping charge was $3 more than advertised by the posted shipping schedule on the site. When you buy clothes online you do take risks, and this time wasn't a win. I highly recommend purchasing a similar product even for a little more from someone who has a local presence (ie Performance Bike), where you are able to return the product face to face. On previous order that were parts only, I have had good luck with this vendor.

I have been buying from you guys for a few years now but have noticed that your selection when it comes to top brand names is not quite as good or fresh as your big competitor Price Point, which by the way y'all have them by far on customer service because their team always sounds like a bunch of snobs. Your prices are on par with everyone else I just think a little better selection in the areas that matter will make a big difference. Don't loose the loyalty because that is where most Americans will spend their money.

I bought a couple of Hoss jerseys. They can't be beat for the money. It's too bad the company went out of business. I also bought some Fox Ranger shorts. A good deal as well. Shipping is pricey to Canada but at least it's quick.
