Update 6/2023: A few weeks after disputing the charge with my bank, my order was canceled and I was refunded. They get one more star for that. Do I still think this place is a scam? I truly have no idea. But if it's not, and anyone at Blue Sky Cycling is reading this, take some friendly advice: ship promptly, answer your customers' emails and calls, and just generally remember to set and meet customer expectations. Original Post: This company will take your money and ghost you. I suspect a legit business named Blue Sky Cycling once existed, but a scammer took over the website after they went under and they are just hosing people now. Avoid.

This company listed tires for my 29er. In stock on their website. I put in orders to purchase them. 4 days later I got an email saying one of the tires was not in stock and they were canceling my order. I don't really trust this company and their shipping is very slow. If they have an item in stock, why does it take them four or five days to ship it?

Been using these guys for years with no problem until I had to do a return for the first time. Had to email repeatedly about the status with very, very slow response. They wouldn't provide a refund until I threatened a bank dispute...said they couldn't find my item in the shop although tracking number I provided clearly showed the date and time that it was delivered to them. Refund still hasn't posted... poor communication and very slow to respond, last time for me.

I bought some bike parts online on September 13th during working hours and they only shipped my items on September 18th at night ... will only receive it on Monday September 24th by the end of the day ... I own 6 bikes from folding, to electric, fixie, mountain, hybrid, buy a lot of parts and accessories and will probably stick to predictable Amazon Prime shipping or other supplier next time ... buying a pair of 700x25 tires today and will do it from BikeTiresDirect ... they ship it within 2 days of purchase.

Classic bait and switch Ordered one version of the Deore brake lever and they informed me days after "purchasing" it that it is not in stock and won't be until end of summer, but that they will send me the standard version for the same price. "Golly, you mean I can get the version that did not order for no discount whatsoever?!?! Sign me up," of course is what I said. I wouldnt go so far as to say that this place is a scam, but I can confidently say that they are inferior to any other online retailer I have used. They didnt even let me know it was out of stock for 2 full business days. And they dont have free shipping, which is definitely industry standard. Never again.

Quick shipping and best prices so far. Shipping was way too pricey and did not give shipping price until transaction complete. Not fair to customers.

I needed things for a weekend ride - leaving on Friday - so I ordered them the prior Saturday. When I didn't receive any confirmation, I called BlueSky first thing Tuesday morning (9am their time) and asked why. They said my credit card didn't process and were going to call me, but weren't certain when. I told them they could have followed up sooner. I gave them new credit card information, but stressed that I must have the items on Friday. The rep confirmed with a supervisor that they would arrange shipping so I would get things Friday. I asked them to be certain - and he said they were. As you may guess - things didn't come until Saturday, which pretty much messed things up. They didn't do what they said, even if it would have cost them a few bucks in 3-day shipping. On top of them charging for shipping and their silly handling fee, I may never shop at Blue Sky again.

After ordering 1 front and 1 rear 160mm brake set, I received 1 front 160mm and one front 180mm sets of brakes. This was totally the fault of blue sky cycling. I was not offered any type of expedited shipping despite it being blue sky's fault. When the order was returned and reshipped, I received an email that looked like I had been charged for it.
