OUTSTANDING! Blue Shield Customer support. I was lucky enough to have the pleasure of speaking with Justine S! I feel like I need to withhold her last name because I don't know if this could get her into trouble. She assisted me today, spent two and a half hours on the phone with me today because I had 2 medical insurance policies at the same time. We filed the retro-termination, and this was a process that I just didn't know, nor was I informed by my broker/agent of his mistake. Her knowledge and experience helped me file the claim to get monies returned that rightfully should have never left our bank account due to broker/agent miscommunication.
