Parcel never arrived. Took a long time to ship and then went to an address 80 miles away. Company trying to refuse a refund which is illegal.

DO NOT BUY THE BOOKS LAMP!! Plastic tat. Badly made. Not like photo. Battery operated. Words fail me what a rip off. And that’s just the overpriced “product”. Also took over 2 months to arrive plus numerous emails. My 4 year olds in school could decorate something better.

These were a homerun for my autistic grandson that struggles with tie laces. He loves the bright color and chooses to wear them over other shoes in his closet. That means they are comfortable. Since he's been wearing them nearly non-stop for almost a month and they still look like brand new, I will say they are durable as well.

I ordered book lamp back in October for Christmas gift, had handful.of emailed telling me when it was to be dispatched! Still.waiting tried emailing their customer service for further details or refund was directed to a tick box which made no sense. Complete scam.

Appalling customer service and communication. I would never use this company again. Lamp ordered 10th Nov and still no sign of delivery or even an estimated date despite numerous emails, most of which have been ignored, including my refund request.
