This company has not delivered a package ordered in January. After repeated attempts for delivery information I’ve gotten only emails stating they’re sorry and understand my frustration. Finally asked for a refund and they sent a bogus delivery notice and told me to ask my neighbors if they got my package! No they did not and no I haven’t received a refund.

Ordered 5 of the felted mouse kits.. Was so disappointed when they arrived Not yet assembled! I dont even know how to do felting… demanded my money back because of false advertising and offered my $8 back. Then offered me $12 saying he was paying it out if his own pocket.. REALLY do not buy from them

We ordered an advent calendar from Blueorxy and we're in our fourth week of waiting for it to arrive. We have sent a couple of emails/FB messages but no response. Recommend staying away from this unaccountable organization. Dec 17 update: Item still not received, and the company refuses to refund or replace...what an utter joke Blueorxy is. Dec 30 update: Two months after ordering, the calendar still hasn't arrived and the company just offers apologies, but no refund or replacement. Blueorxy is a scam....beware.

Complete scam. I ordered a cute, felted mouse as a Christmas gift for my friend. The package took forever to get to me and when it did, it was only a partial "kit" with a bit of yarn and crap and a piece of paper with incomplete assembly instructions. I did not order a useless partial "kit". I ordered the cute little mouse. This cost me money as I am an unemployed senior looking for work with NO DAMN INCOME. I thought this would be a lovely gift. Now, there is no gift and I am out my money. I received this yesterday, a month before Christmas. I am so not impressed.

Order no 14182S129278 Do NOT buy anything from this site. I ordered a halloween/christmas projector for my son for his birthday. When he opened the present and tried to turn it on the only thing working was a screen saying “Window projector” - then when pressing either of the scenes buttons nothing happened. So I wrote to their support, but they did not want to replace the faulty projector. STAY AWAY from this “Company”. This is the reply regarding the non functional projector: Thanks for your email. We feel terribly sorry for your dissatisfaction. But we can assure you that our products are absolutely up to standard. Sorry for that return or exchange can't be supported when your order has no quality issues. We are so sorry that you don't like our product and we will report this to our manufacturer and urge them to improve. Your kind understanding and cooperation would be highly appreciated. No quality issues??? It never worked. Products up to standard???

It's a con. I ordered a Halloween projector and screen and only received the screen part. When I emailed they eventually responded with a message saying "there is no projector part - just a screen. Unfortunately refunds are not available for this item". So $45 for a plastic sheet! Don't use this company it's a conman's business.

I got the light up stack books it was supposed to be staneglass but all it was pice of crappie cheap plastic not even good quality at all after paying for everything the cost was $30.00 and it took over a month to get it. this place is a joke I will never order from here again piyerys beware you to will get screwed over

I would give them 0 stars but that was not an option. I ordered something and never got it. They are refusing to give me a refund. I am going to report it to the BBB. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
