Absolutely horrible! One of the worst online buying experiences ever! Nasty plastic trashy item that was nothing like the picture or description. Plastic shell which was broken when it arrived. I opened a case with PayPal but the sellers want this back by tracked airmail which is not refundable. I didn’t want to throw good money after bad, so I’ve thrown the thing in the bin where it belongs.

I purchased the walnut decor. The shell was not authentic as you advertised. It was plastic. No off and on switch as you advertised, just an LED light to hang inside. Colours inside were to bright and looked cheaply painted. Not natural at all. Closing magnets were painted over and did not work. I can’t tell you enough how disappointed I am. Not worth the money. Looks like a plastic kids decoration.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Absolute SCAM. I ordered a “stained glass” stacked book lamp from my daughter for Xmas. Paid nearly £50 by the time you added shipping. Ordered it early November, was given a false tracking number saying it was coming from Norway (the tracking number said it would be delivered in 2022?!?) Christmas came and went, and still no delivery. It finally showed up 2 months after “shipping” from Norway (it was actually mailed from China). I wish it had never shown up. I’ve never been so embarrassed to have shipped a gift directly to the recipient… this “stained glass” lamp was a cheap and poorly made piece of plastic with glue seeping out of the seams. This looked like something out of the pound store… It was not what was advertised at all. And judging by the other reviews I was not the only one to fall from this scam. Getting a refund was a bust.. as it would require paying to return this falsely advertised piece of crap back to China. And I could hardly ask a gift recipient to do that. Buyer beware!

I paid almost $40.00 for what was advertised as a stained-glass sculpture. I was given false tracking information from a company called "24hrservice.vip" or "tracking-hub.com" which, from 11-13-2023 through 12-10-2023, informed me that the package originated in Switzerland and went through customs. The parcel finally arrived on 15 January, and from the label it was clear that it had been shipped directly from China. The product was cheap, made of chipped, poorly-painted resin, hardly worth $3.95 let alone $39.50. This company clearly has all the ethics of a starving honey badger.

Bought the book lamps as a gift. They haven’t shown up, no response from multiple attempts to find out what’s going. Was supposed to be a gift, what a joke. Don’t waste your time your money.

My package never showed up even though i paid $40. They sent me a fake link as if my packaged "delivered". Must be a scam. Customer Service tells me it's delivered and that all they can do...

My package , ordered as a Christmas present for a family member on December 2nd has not arrived . The e mail with a tracking number arrived from 24hservicevip and when I searched this email adress online it comes up as a scam adress.

At this time my package hasn't arrived at my door. Say's it's in customs now for weeks. This was a christmas present for my husband and I was really looking forward to giving him it. I think my only recourse is to request a stop payment with my bank and never deal with you again.
