I have the same experience as everyone else. I send emails every couple of weeks trying to find my purchase and get nothing but the same response. "Thank you for your patience. As we checked, your order has been sent out, please be patient to wait for the status update. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Thank you! Have a nice day"

I wish I had looked first at others experience. I ordered on Feb 6, is now March 12 and still no product has arrived. Last time I emailed support they said be patient, watch for tracking updates. Bull cookies!

I have not received my earbuds. It’s been 2 months I would like my earbuds or a refund. I am tired of being told to be patient. Nothing take this long.

I ordered the earbuds in December 22, 2022. It's now March 2023. I have no earbuds and they keep saying be patient. Don't fall for this scam like I did! Update: I paid through PayPal and I requested my refund through them. I sent them copies of the 10 emails I sent to Blueorxy.com. March 22, 2023, I received my refund.

Yep done me too. Over a month no delivered product. They should not be allowed to advertise on our apps. Who manages this? Stay away guys.
