Scam site. Keeps telling me that the package is on it's way, it might be slow due to the pandemic, should arrive in my country soon or be cleared from customs. It's been more than 80 days, and more than 50 since the last update they send that it has been cleared from customs. If you fell for it, I really hope you used PayPal like I did... reach out to them and send them the correspondence. You will receive a refund.

Same thing as others who bought a laptop stand thats a good deal but they ended up sending you a tablet stand which is less than 1/2 the price. For those that got scammed, call your bank and don't let these people get away with it. You can demand a chargeback on your credit card. These people ran a Facebook campaign and scam hundreds of thousands.

I ordered a laptop stand, where the order confirmation also shows that it is a laptop stand. I received the package quite quick, but in the package it was a tablet stand. I kindly wrote to them, but after 2 mails - they told me it was the right order I got - which is not correct. Dont buy something from them, they dont admit their fault and dont give any help back.

If i could give this outfit no stars i would I ordered the true wireless stereo on the 22nd January knowing it would take awhile to get it. After getting loads of updates it said that it was in my country late February. Where it said it was is only approximately three hours from where I live meaning it would take 3 - 4 days to get here. After not hearing anything for a while I emailed the support address to only get a reply telling me that the tracking number had changed and to be patient over and over. After sometime apparently it arrived in the country a second time but at a different location and that's where it sat for ages. Then got another update saying it had been dispatched from there. So it did actually show up but guess what....... IT DOESN'T WORK. Wouldn't ever purchase anything else from this company again. Places like this must put people off from buying products on the internet.

I should know better because this is not the first time I have been scammed on a Facebook purchase. I ordered this at the end of January and now it is April 1st still nothing has arrived. Thank you about the PayPal refund. I will be contacting them. That is really too bad these criminals get away with this. Now it hurts all other businesses on market place as I will never ever order from that site again

I cannot believe I fell for this. I have had the same experience as others. Placed my order January 5th. Numerous emails back and forth with the “company” that also thanked me for my patience. I am thankful I read these reviews. I also paid through PayPal. I am going to forward copies of my emails, and hope that I can get my money back. UPDATE: I submitted my emails to PayPal tonight, and already have a refund. Thanks Pat Mae!

They took my money and the price was almost double after shipping, etc. They never sent the merchandise and these people need to be taken down.

Yep folk it’s a scam - you will not see your money or your goods Meta need to ban them - bombard Meta until they do. Waited months - fortunately it was a bit of a joke purchase for somebody so not a big loss but if you paid on credit card - like you should then claim the money back. Only way to get action against the scum. Gordon
