Great products but the sprayers are poorly designed and after about a week's usage will eventually start to stick and generally be unusable. I have written to Blueland 589 times about this - "Like the product, but the sprayer is crapola!" and they just give me lip service and continue to ship me defective sprayers which work great for about 10 pumps, then start to stick. How hard IS THIS anyway?

I like most of Bluelands products, but their service has become beyond awful. They sat on my last order for over 10 days before they bothered to ship it. They're still sitting on my current order almost a week after I placed it and have not shipped. Honestly, I have little incentive to stay with them. If you want your stuff in any sort of reasonable time shop elsewhere.

We stopped using this product. The pumps broke and certain of the cleaners do not work well. For example, the window cleaner is very streaky.

I like the hand soap, but the dispenser breaks. What an environmentally poor design!

2 separate dispensers and the pump stopped working on both. No response when I emailed customer service months ago, still waiting for a reply. Paid £50+ for these to come to the UK. Waste of money.

I have tried very hard to be patient with Blueland but I think it has run its course. I've ordered a lot of products for myself and regrettably as gifts. The laundry tabs do NOT dissolve. I've tried breaking them in half and in thirds and they still don't dissolve. When I reached out to Blueland they responded that perhaps there isn't enough water in the load! I had already experimented with small, medium, and large loads and with warm, hot and cold water. All had the same results. They finally sent me another batch and still have issues. Now - for the pump soaps. Sometimes the pump works and sometimes it doesn't. I gave a gift of 2 and only one worked. They did send a replacement pump after requiring that I send them a video. Now, with my own pump bottle - I just dissolved my second tablet and the pump no longer works! I'm embarrassed to think what is happening with the gifts I've given folks. I've contacted them again to let them know but the pump part is just so cheaply made. Now, I have all of these dispensers in my house, the homes of 2 of my kids, and the homes of several friends. UGH! Need to find an alternative. Great concept but poor quality

My family is dedicated to reducing our impact on the environment, so we were hopeful when Blueland came on the scene. We ordered the starter pack, laundry tablets, dishwasher tablets, and, recently, the toilet tabs. Initially, we were disappointed that the spray bottles were plastic, but were pretty happy with the product. Within a month, 2/3 of the hand soap pumps failed. Like, they would depress with difficulty and then had to be physically pulled up. They dispensed a depressingly small amount of soap. I contacted customer service and they required a VIDEO, but eventually sent me replacements for the two faulty pumps. One of them is already broken. The laundry soap does not dissolve in our washing machine, and gently worn clothes washed using this detergent came out smelling BAD. My son even noticed. Customer Service suggested that I dissolve the tablet in a cup of warm water before adding it to the machine. I thought that was ridiculous, but I tried it. This did not enhance its ability to clean the clothes or reduce the odor. We switched to another brand. The dishwasher tablets work (when they dissolve) and the toilet bowl tablets have a pleasing scent. This company should redesign their bottles and pumps to be plastic-free. Having crappy plastic pumps and spray tops that break often is NOT in line with what the Blueland company aims to do—reduce plastic waste.

I have had two pump handles not work almost immediately upon use. I reached out to customer service and was told to send them a video of the pump not working, they would then send me a replacement pump and then I needed to mail back the broken pump so the could recycle it. As though I am trying to run some sort of pump scam. Then I get a second email saying just send us a picture so we can diagnose the issue and make improvements. What? How about sorry our pumps don't work well, as evidenced by the reviews here, and send out a replacement. Their customer service is simply garbage. Blueland is greenwashing at it's finest. There are other options out there and I will begin to use them. Sadly I like the product.
