I'm using their laundry detergent and the dishing washing detergent and like them both very much. They work as well as any product I've ever used, and I like that there's no plastic to stare at sadly when the lot is done. Unfortunately, we have very hard water, so the dish soap produces no suds. I've been told that the soap cleans just the same and that does seem to be the case. Guess I'm just a suds habitué.

They have excellent cleaning products. Here is what I buy and recommend: - Bathroom, mirror, all purpose sprays - love the spray, not the bottles. I had to buy my own reusable bottles after they kept breaking. - Laundry detergent - recommend. But break it in half when you put it in so it dissolves faster. - Dish soap - Recommend - Toilet bowl cleaner - Recommend - Sponges - recommend - Hand soaps - do not recommend. The actual product sinks to the bottom so you get mostly water a lot of the time and because it sucks up so much powder at one time it breaks the dispensers super easily. - Face wash - Recommend. This is my favorite. I wish they had a fragrance free.

I love the products and helping the planet. Their customer service needs help. I received 3 broken pumps in my last order and customer service did not contact me after my two emails. Luckily I could purchase them separately this time. I would have given a 5, but for the inability to get the pumps replaced.

Updated 4/19/24 - Blueland genuinely listened to customers' comments, and earned my trust that they are striving to understand and improve customer experience. I rate them 4-star with this effort. Original post: Good idea but needs improvements. 1. The hand soap dispenser gets stuck easily making it difficult to use. I believe it is due to scum build-up. Every time I finished a bottle I had to clean the pump - time and water wasted. 2. The foam of the hand soap comes out more like water than soap, making it feel like I'm not washing the dirt off my hands without the rich lather; especially when I try to wash greasy hands.

Love the multi purpose spray and bathroom cleaner. It's great to find something that works and use it for life. Sadly, Indigo is all sold out of the tablets so I'm not sure if I can get refills at a reasonable price. Defeats the purpose of switching over. Also too bad that everything else, especially the hand soaps are really hard to find in Canada. Not excited to pay $12 + import charges to get it shipped from their site.

The only thing that would be better if someone would come and clean for me!!! I love how well it cleans and I love the smell of the products especially the toilet cleaner and it really works!!! Thank you Blueland!

I love using Blueland for the hand soaps and the basic daily spray (yellow bottle). I don’t use the mirror spray anymore due to the streaks and residue it would leave on the mirrors. I also love the idea of the pink bottle bathroom spray but I wish it could be more powerful for the bacteria especially in bathrooms. Anyway, I LOVE Blueland like I said above, the scents smell amazing! But, I’m starting to get frustrated with their hand pumps for both the hand soaps and cleaning bottles. I swear I’m using more plastic by recycling the tops that are constantly breaking. Blueland if you are reading this, please do better with your bottle pumps - I’m getting to the point where I’m about to revert back to old brands that I can at least reuse their plastic bottles that last WAY longer than your pumps.
