I love the products and the premise, but the sprayers on 2/3 of my bottles have broken after minimal use. 1/2 hand soap pumps do not work either. I love the bottles and pumps but don’t want to keep replacing them only have them break again and again. My old reliable disposable windex bottle has been kicking around for years and refilled with zero issues as have the soft soap bottles in my bathrooms. Would have expected more for the price point, and the eco branding

It’s hard to rate lower than 3 because I am consistently taken care of. However, I have consistent issues with the sprayers (SO damn cheap!) and the soap pumps. I truly love the products but am done after this past order because the sprayers and pumps are such a pain to keep in working order. Sad! Fabulous customer service, great products, amazing goal of limiting plastic/reusing products but the long-term functionality of the sprayers and pumps suck!!

I agree with some other reviewers. The product is good. I love the hand soap, dish powder, and dishwasher tablets. But the spray bottles that come with the Clean Essentials kit are such poor quality plastic. The sprayers on 2 of the bottles I received have never worked, and when I reached out to customer service, they asked me to send "a photo or video" of the issue. Really? The sprayers do not spray. Since this doesn't seem to be an isolated issue, I find that request to be rather absurd. I also don't need my broken sprayers replaced with 2 more sprayers that seem likely to break as well. I just replaced the broken sprayers with sprayers from other products that I had already used. But it's annoying to just throw these into the landfill. The hand soap bottles are heavy glass, and while the pump is plastic it has worked well on the two bottles that I have had for more than a year. The spray bottles are really just a disappointment.

I wrote a not so positive review on their website, it’s been at least a couple of days, still has not post. Agree with most here, hand soap pump breaks a lot, I have 3 bottles at home and had had to replace just as many. Customer service is generally responsive. Recently I bought 2 packages of the scented version of the laundry booster. I’ve never had an allergic issues with their products, but this time one of my daughters broke out in hives; plus the scent was a bit overpowering for me. Honestly, I can’t say for definite hives were caused by the booster. To be super safe, I asked for an exchange. Customer service was accommodating; told me I can return even the one bag that has been opened and used. When I tried to return on their website, it pre-sets to 1, 3, or 6; I can’t exchange for 2. My options were to refund the whole order OR exchanged 1 and get refunded for the other. That is not ideal, but ok. However, I bought the products with a 20% off code and the system does not take that into consideration. For the exchange, it charges the full $12 instead, thereby making the refund of the second one less than it should be. I emailed customer service to see if someone can just authorize an exchange of 2 since I am able to buy 2, it doesn’t make complete sense to me that I cannot exchange 2. Anyhow they were not very flexible. I wrote a review on their website and even after confirming my email I haven’t seen the review posted. Now I question the selection process of what reviews they post on the website. I use a lot of their products. Hand soap is great even with the defective pump, but may seek other alternatives for the other products. Their customer service was great when starting out, but maybe they have a big enough customer based that they no longer feel flexibility is needed.

The pumps on the bottles fail, and one bottle broke at the top connection while I was cleaning, leaving a mess. No response from the company. I liked the products before, but if you can't support the non green failures, how can you say you are environmentally safe? Waste of money, in my view.

I love the hand soap but...I went back & bought a dispenser for every bathroom. As I was filling them I noticed (& remembered from my 1st bottle) that the top does not seal the bottle properly. Every time I shake it up the contents run out. Is this an ongoing issue?

I LOVE the hand soap tablets and think the scents smell wonderful. I do have issues with the pump from time to time as it seems to stick and require extra pressure when pressing down to release the foam. My sisters also have had issues with the pump. The household cleaning products work well but the plastic bottles have not held-up and I had to replace 2 of the 3 from the set with-in the first 6-months of purchasing the product. They break along the connecting seam and I hope this is a design defect they can fix.
