So there’s a couple of things that’s irritated me with Blueland and that’s why I stopped using you all of your products! The first is that the spray containers that you provided were completely unacceptable and cracked at the top since they were two pieces that were fused together. After contacting your customer service department they sent me a new one that I had to pay for which was ridiculous! After that I find that the window cleaner leaves a white film on the windows and at that point I had enough it wasn’t worth the effort.

I picked up the bottle of glass cleaner to spray my eyeglasses and the top of the bottle just came unglued. The entire contents spilled all over my clothing, the counter and the floor. The first order I received the bottle had a crack in it and leaked. I have ordered replacement bottles without complaining to the company because I like the looks of the bottles and the product is good. I am now afraid all of the bottles will come unglued in due time. I have purchased 10 bottles over the last year and ahalf and several refills. Very disappointed in the bottles holding up for the kitchen.

Good idea, VERY POORLY executed. The bottles, pumps, etc. are TERRIBLE. Several of ours never worked. The hand soap pump is awful. The actual cleaning products are just ok, if you don't have serious messes to clean. The laundry detergent was terrible, and I send them back. It never dissolved in the washing machine. The one standout that saved me from rating 1 star is, surprisingly, the dishwasher tablets, which actually work on actually dirty dishes. But even the stupid tin that holds the tablets broke - the lid separated. It's a shame, because I don't see myself sticking with Blueland for long, and their bottles, etc. are no good, so will end up in the trash. Exactly the thing I was trying to avoid.

I really liked this product when I made my first order less than a year ago. Within the year 2 cleaning bottles broke. They crack and also break at the fill line. The entire bottle splits at the line and the liquid spills all over while using. I'm sure this has happened to others. So why not fix it? I sent them an email so we'll see how they respond but if this happens one more time...I'm done with Blueland.

Love the cleaning pods but 2 of the bottles at separate times broke in my hands as I was using lt spilling cleaning fluid all over the floor. The bottles are weak along the color stipe at the top. Poor container design - I have never had plastic containers which broke as I used them. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I really love the concept and idea. However mirror is just an horrible product. I have tried to repeatedly clean the same mirror, it makes it looks way dirtier than the original state. It just don t work. I follow all extra instruction (cotton cloth, more dilution and so on). Just did not work. Had to clean the mess with windex and the mirror finally was spotless. Same for the bathroom cleaner. You won t see the traces on the whit surface or porcelain but try it on stainless steel and you will see the horrible mess. What a bummer! The concept is so cool... but does not work...
