My most recent ordered contained body wash, the water lily dew fragrance. The consistency and "feeling of getting clean"/sudsing was fine, but the fragrance was so mild it was barely noticeable. Now, when I put my nose in the bottle it is almost as if it is fragrance free, almost an unpleasant smell... So I am disappointed. BUT, bc I love Blueland, I just now ordered a new fragrance, the raspberry-hibiscus, to try it too, to not "give up". Perhaps my first one was just a "bad" pouch?

I've tried most of the products: - multi-surface cleaner - leaves streaks on my stove - glass cleaner - leaves streaks on my mirror - laundry tablets - works pretty well (need a stain remover for grease stains) - bathroom cleaner - nozzle clogged ended up pouring contents on a sponge to clean - dishwasher tablets - does not do a good job on the pots I use to make oatmeal, now I only use if dishes aren't especially dirty - dish powder - kind of like this. best for sprinkling on your sponge or dishes. Not great if you like to fill the sink with soapy water - doesn't dissolve very well wondering why they don't recommend the multi-surface cleaner for floors and if they'll come up with a floor cleaner. I will try hand and body washes when I need to restock those

I absolutely love the Blueland products, but shipping is among the worst out every online company I have dealt with. The website claims they ship within 2-3 days from receiving orders, but every single time it has been well over a week until my order ships. I really hope the company can improve in that department. UPDATE: 14 days from date products were ordered, until they got shipped!

Dishwasher tablets seem on par with other brands and happy with that. Laundry soap doesn’t work well and the little discs don’t dissolve properly and stick to the clothes. I’ll buy dishwasher tablets again, but not laundry

3.5I was a little disappointed in the new body wash. So hard to lather. Not sure I’ll order it again.

I like the earth friendly aspect of the dishwasher detergent and toilet bowl cleaner. However, during use I started noticing tea and coffee stains in cups and on spoons. The toilet bowl cleaner did not clean the whole bowl, only the part with water in it.

I purchased Blueland hand soap bottles and refill soap tablets in October last year (and have since purchased dishwasher tablets). The foam pumps seem to be cheaply made and pump action on all 3 bottles was questionable from the start but I wanted to be 'doing my bit' so I continued. recently one pump stopped working completely, I tried cleaning it up and I got it to work in a very half-hearted way, I get a bit of liquid but no real foam and it still doesn't depress properly. I reached out to the company and because i am past their 100-day limit I will need to purchase a new plastic pump for $4 plus postage. I'm disappointed in the quality of the pump and now I see that it is a problem for many and the company know it. Blueland- When you know better do better. Please rectify the poor pump design, it is not environmentally friendly to have to keep making more (recycling a product still takes resources) or to have to package and ship replacements all the time. I will be looking for replacements elsewhere on principle.
