Hand soap pump dispensers stop working quickly. Love the soap. HATE the cheap dispensers.
UPDATE: I reached out to blueland. They promised to replace the dispensers over three weeks ago. Just like their dispensers, they’re junky.

I purchased a full starter kit and was disappointed
I purchased a full starter kit and all of their soap products. The products themselves were O.K. but not great, but the main reason I was interested was because I don't want to buy multiple plastic bottles every time I want a cleaning product. Unfortunately their spray bottles are terrible. The sprayers don't work or break and so the whole point is lost (they use cheap plastic in the sprayer part!). Ugh, a huge waste of money and more landfill fodder. Very disappointed.

There Are Cheaper Alternatives
I received a starter set so I have sampled most of their products. I am retired on a tight, low budget so money is not plentiful to spend on products that don't meet my expectations. Right off the bat, I was put off by the fact that their bathroom and multi surface cleaners do not disinfect the surfaces. It concerns me that if I am dealing with raw meat or raw eggs in the kitchen, I am not able to sanitize the kitchen counters while I am cooking. That also goes for cleaning the bathroom. I want a product that will sanitize the bathtub and vanity sink and counter top. A much cheaper alternative is to use a mixture of water and hydrogenperoxide. A bottle of hyrogenperoxide can be bought for $1.00 or less at just about any store.
I have three pieces of furniture with glass tops in my living room so I need an economical product to clean glass and mirrors. I buy a gallon of distilled vinegar for $3.99 and make a solution of water and vinegar for all my glass and mirror cleaning jobs. A gallon of vinegar will last me about three months. Vinegar also cleans floors and if you have spots on your dishes after using the dishwasher, vinegar will leave your dishes slick and shiny with no spots. Just use it in the rinse compartment.
I have not bought paper towels in several years because I switched to reusable, washable towels. I can buy a roll of 20 towels for under $10 that will last approximately 6 months. A pack of 3 or 6 towels from Blueland is just too expensive for me.
I have researched and used liquid dishsoap for laundry and the only negative thing that seems to come up when I read articles is that you will get an overflow of suds in your washing machine. If you use the 1, 2 , 3 teaspoon rule you will not have such a problem. So far my clothes have not been damaged in any way so I am spending about $2 to $3 for dish soap for laundry for about 2 months. Blueland's $14 for laundry soap is just too high for my budget.
Needless to say, I will probably not buy very many products from Blueland. I understand their mission and concerns about the environment but totally eliminating plastic bottles and replacing them with metal tins and powder tablets just isn't practical for people who are on a tight budget. Maybe, in the future, they can deliver their products at a lower price, but for now, I just can't justify paying their current prices.

Underwhelming
I've been using blueland for about a year and a half. I started with the foaming hand soap. The soap does not seem to lather much. When I contacted Blueland to ask if this could be caused by the crazy hard water I have, they said that the product worked in lab tests and that if I sent them a video of what is happening, they'd take a look. I thought that was a little ridiculous, but I figured, "eh, it's just watery soap, no big deal." Then I started having issues with both pumps. They don't pop up all the way, so I have to lift the pump to get the 2nd or 3rd squirt I need due to it being watery. It's getting annoying. I've seen some reviewers say they were offered replacements by Blueland, but what is the point of that? The whole idea is that you don't have to buy any more packaging. Also mildly annoying is the recessed Blueland logo that is on top of the pumps. It is perfect for collecting lots of dirt from the dirty hands that use the pump. After a few weeks, it starts to look gross. But who wants to detail clean the recesses of their soap dispenser every few weeks?
I'm looking for an alternative to the hand soap.
I have also used their dishwashing detergent. It's fine, but it also doesn't get very sudsy, and sometimes the powder doesn't fully dissolve.
I also tried their laundry tablets, but I gave up after too many of them failed to dissolve in my 'he' washer. I've found another company that makes laundry soap that I like and I've been using that instead.
I have used Blueland's natural dish sponges and reusable paper towels. The paper towels are a little weird because you have to start with them already damp, but they are absorbent. They aren't incredibly useful to me because I can just as easily use old rags and not purchase anything new at all, but they were free, so I tried them. The dish sponges are fine, but they don't work well if you have really caked on food. I generally don't have that issue, so they are fine. And I like that I can sanitize them.
Overall, I am underwhelmed with Blueland. I like the idea, but the products I tried failed to wow me.

Disappointed with product use
I have purchased many of soap dispensers for myself as well as friends and family. The foaming pumps do not work properly. Both myself and friends have had the same problem, it does not produce foam properly and the spout does not always pop back up. I did contact your customer service and I received another pump but I am still having the problem with one of the two soap dispensers I use daily. I finally gave up and went back to a plastic refill soap bottle. I loved the idea the product but I just don't want to battle the product any more!

Plungers and bottles break, expensive too
This product was very disappointing to me. I bought the starter set for both the foaming hand soap and the 3 house cleaners. The plunger for the hand soap clogged within a few weeks. Blueland replaced it twice, and it broke again, both times. No one even tries to use it anymore. On top of that, each refill costs $3, with a slight break for buying in volume. But how do you buy in volume with a soap dispenser that never works? I'm assuming that the idea here is that $3 is comparable to the cost of a bar of soap, but why shouldn't consumers share a little in the cost savings from not shipping water across the country? As for the cleaners, the window cleaner leaves a film on windows, so we don't use that one. We use the other two quite a bit, but now one of those "forever" bottle squirt mechanisms is clogged too. Blueland's service has been perfectly fine, and I suppose if I keep going back them, they will keep fixing all the broken stuff . . . but I already have a job.

Breaks easily.
Number one I’m not quite sure why I’m receiving this probably a year after I shopped there. I had to have items replaced because they broke I have additional items that have broken. The nozzles lose effectiveness and won’t spray, the bottles have cracked, the nozzle base has cracked. I love the concept of this product but the execution is sadly lacking.
