I love the idea of the hand soap dissolvable tablets and that they come in paper packaging. I did not but the Blueland brand soap dispensers because I like the ones I already have; which are not designed for foaming but I gave it a try anyway. Works just fine in my soap dispensers but it was difficult to dissolve the soap tablet in the water. I ended up having to microwave the tablet/water mixture to fully dissolve the tablet. I love the scents too.

Here's the thing: not all of their products are amazing. I love what they are doing as a company, for our planet, so I continue to endorse them, but be aware not all the products are going to blow your mind. I love: toilet bowl cleaner, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, and the scrubber sponges. The laundry tablets, even combined with the oxiboost powder, will not clean your clothes. I used both for over a year, so I've thoroughly tested them. I started to add baking powder to my wash in an effort to get the clothes clean. When I found myself prewashing our work out clothes and my bras in woolite and baking powder, then washing everything, I knew it was time to move on. The clothes smelled. There's no other way to describe it. The bacteria that causes odor was not getting removed, it had just been building up and though it smelled ok at first, you would have it on your a 5 minutes and you could smell yourself again. Not cute. I never got into the spray cleaners because I am skeptical about their efficacy and I'm not playing around with cleaning the tub, kitchen, and glass. After my abysmal experience with the laundry stuff, I'm not even going to attempt it. None of it is as efficient as bleach or regular cleaners, but plastic is a real problem so figure out what you can get away with in your own household. I just really can't go around with stinky clothes.

I love the multi-surface cleaner and bathroom cleaners. They’ve been great from the get-go minus the bottles. The initial “forever bottles” were faulty and blueland was quick to replace them to the newly designed bottles. However, the nozzles aren’t the best- they feel stuck with every couple of pumps. Window cleaner is so streaky; I hardly reach for it anymore. The dishwashing powder is another favorite of mine. It’s powerful in cleaning and cutting grease! I use it on my pots, pans, and all of my kids’ dinnerware. I love that it’s unscented so that it doesn’t leave any soapy smell lingering in my kids’ silicone lunch accessories. Also love the hand soaps- blueland has the best scents! But the 25% markup really hurts. I wish they kept their original affordable price point at just $2 a tablet. I’ve also tried the body wash, face wash but feel they don’t lather well, and too costly. The laundry tablets were a let down. They never fully dissolved in the wash. The oxi-boost is nice but too costly; I can just grab arm&hammer baking soda at Costco for just a fraction of the cost. Overall, I have a few favorites and some were disappointing, but the excellent customer service at Blueland makes it hard for me to ditch them. I usually wait til the holidays to stock up.

I’ve tried several products from Blueland. My favorite is the toilet bowl cleaner. It smells great and cleans well. The hand soap is a great idea, but unfortunately, the pumps for the dispensers do not work well at all. I gave up on using the hand soap months ago because of this. Recently, I ordered new pumps since they had been “redesigned.” I’ve had three new pumps for a week and all of them are not working correctly. They get clogged easily and it becomes difficult to press down on the pump. I am going to go back to using bar soap in our bathrooms. It’s pointless to keep throwing away plastic pumps if you’re trying to be eco-friendly. Finally, I’ve tried the dish soap powder as well. It works fine but doesn’t last long.

I would have given them 5 stars but I recently had a disappointing customer service experience. I have been buying their products for a couple of years, at least, and loved them! Recently I tried to place an order for two subscriptions, they were having a 15% off sale and I thought it would be a great time to subscribe and take advantage of the deal. My order was over $60 so I qualified for free shipping but at the end of checkout a shipping charge kept popping up so I decided to email the company. After a few days I got a response that there was a glitch when purchasing more than one subscription and that I needed to update my delivery dates. Unfortunately by this time the sale was not going on anymore but I thought for sure they would honor the discount since it wasn’t my issue. All she said was “sorry sale is over keep checking back for a new sale.” I was pretty surprised and replied that I know companies can give out one time codes, surely they can honor it and I never got a response. I hate to be that person but I was pretty annoyed so I reached out directly through the website with my experience and got an email that someone would contact me within 3 days and then…nothing. Not a single response. Bad customer service in my opinion and they lost out on two new ongoing subscriptions. I do like grab green though, good products and good customer service so far!

The products work pretty well although the foaming soap isn’t that good - doesn’t feel clean. My issue with the company is that I have spent almost $300 of Blueland products and the pump on one of my soaps stopped working (when you push it down, it would stay down). I contacted them to see if I could get a replacement for it; I got an email stating that they wanted a video of the issue and they would send me a new one if I sent the defective one back. They couldn’t just send me a replacement, worth $2. Why would I make that up? I ended up paying for a replacement and a couple extra in case it happened to other ones. I was supposed to take a video (which I did) and then pack it up, go to the post office and mail it in. Hardly worth $10 for my time. Another time, I ordered 10 pack of sop refills tablets and the order only came with 8 - again, not a huge deal, but they wanted to see the order from Amazon and then sent exactly 2. No apology, no nothing. Not a company concerned with customer experience.

I love the products and the scents, but I have had 2 soap spouts and my all purpose cleaner nozzle that have broken. For the cost and intent of being reusable it would be nice to get better quality dispensers. The laundry soaps are amazing! My son has very sensitive skin and they clean well, don't cause irritation and eliminate all the plastic waste of liquid detergent. 5 stars for the laundry products!!!

I very much dislike the maple scented soap. It smells ok in the bottle, but once you have it on your hands, the smell is not very pleasant. The vanilla chai is ok, and I haven’t used the apple butter yet.
