BluelandReviews of blueland.com

Amazing products! I am loving blueland. I started with the dishwasher detergent and I was happy to see it worked just as well as cascade, which had been challenging for me to get rid of since most eco friendly options leave residue etc, not Blueland! Glass comes out shiny and perfect. I recently switched to the rest of their products and I am very happy. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they did mess up my first subscription order when I started the clean suite. I was missing the dish soap and container all together and I received 2 glass cleaner bottles instead of 1 and 1 bathroom cleaner bottle. I see a lot of negative reviews about customer service however, for me they have been great. They have shipped the missing items right away and responded promptly to my issues. Thank you Blueland!

So far, pretty good! The laundry tablets need to be dissolved prior to being used, as I have found that pieces of tablet will be left behind if I don't. The hand soap tablets don't really lather long enough (if you wash your hands properly, for 20-30 seconds). That being said, lather doesn't necessarily equal cleaner. The cleaners are pretty good too!

I use the dishwasher tablets, the laundry tablets, the dish powder, the toilet tablets, the household cleaner (which I have not used yet) and the foaming hand soap. The dishwasher tablets are great and do their job nicely. The laundry tablets are also effective. The dish soap powder was a learning curve, but I really like it now and use it for more than dishes. My husband really likes the foam hand soap and asked me to keep getting it. The toilet bowl cleaner tablets just provide a nice scent, but don’t really clean water stains, so I have to still use other cleaners for that. My favorite part about these products is that they don’t consume our water resources. It would be nice if all of these products were available on Amazon, as their shipping and delivery is much easier to follow.

I have been using blue land for about a year now. I use the laundry tablets and the oxy powder for laundry and the dishwasher tabs. They all work really well. So to that end, I decided to try toilet bowl cleaners they are awful. I’m not even gonna use them. They don’t clean well and I’m just disappointed in them, which is why I didn’t give you a five star review

I like the products except I have had repeat issues with the foam pump, replaced and problems repeated even with the new pump. I have sent communication.

Edit: Blueland sent out a replacement order and finally addressed my cancellation request with a full refund without the need to return the products. Took a bit of effort to get here but very satisfied with this resolution. Giving them four stars since it was still a bit of a journey to get here but will definitely consider buying from them again. First time customer and probably the last time too. I submitted an order on June 4 with estimated delivery date June 12-16. It is now June 23 and my order is not even shipped yet. I've reached out to blueland multiple times and have not received any response on what is going on with my order. These were going to be gifts and I have no need for them anymore because I had to buy sth else last minute when I realized I'm never getting what i purchased. To show how bad this is, I ordered something that ships from China a week after I put in my blueland order and I received that package last week. And yet this package from the US is still nowhere to be seen....

I really love all the products I have ordered from Blueland. I don’t remember there being scented laundry tablets when I made my first order and just ordered a big bag of spring scent refills by mistake. The scent is way too strong and I can’t use it. I just wasted a lot of money. Be careful which scent you order. I wish I could return it but I already opened the package before I realized it.

I love everything about this company EXCEPT for the fact that the only plastic involved - the hand soap pumps - does not last and has to be replaced often! I have had to get new plastic hand soap pumps THREE times in the past 2 years. And since it's a metal spring/plastic combo, there's no way to recycle it. Please figure out a better product for the soap pump so that we don't have to keep going through unrecyclable plastic!!
