BluelandReviews of blueland.com

I was so excited to switch my whole home over to Blueland products after loving the foaming hand soaps so much. Unfortunately the dishwasher tablets are awful and made my dishes worse. So now I’m back to searching for a company like Blueland for dishwasher and laundry tablets

They may have good eco products but service is terrible. After two years auto delivery, package gets returned for unknown address. Auto responses from emails are trite. ' best. Day. Ever.!'. Upon request for return they do not reply but just resend the product? Shipping costs are ridiculous. Nowadays you can get the same products on the shelf at your local grocery store. They are going to have to get with the program and do better. I think they are just taking advantage of the Eco trade and not really a legitimate eco company. Don't waste your time.

I like the products, but have had way too many issues with orders/subscriptions and the communication around that. Not to mention I was just notified that my card has been charged for an order I didn't even place. And, bc they had no phone, I have to handle it all over the internet. This move to eliminate actually talking to someone is the worst business decision of the modern age. Even tho I like these products, this kind of business practice will keep me shopping elsewhere. The customer service I receive is just as important as the products I purchase, and this company needs improvement.

I like the idea of saving the environment from plastic waste by reusing the same bottles. However the soap and cleaner dispensers stop working so I am still having to throw them away and pay to obtain more.

I love their products but I hate their subscription process. You get no warning when things are about to ship. They just tell you that they are shipping and you can’t cancel them at that point.

Great products but customer service and delivery service are terrible. An order of mine has been stuck in transit for over two weeks now and no additional attempted delivery has been made. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times but no one has gotten back to me. I do love their products and easy return policy and so those are the main reasons why I am giving Blueland at least 3 stars.

I have been buying this product for laundry toilet bowl cleaning and some dishwashing needs. My issue with this product is that every time I get it via courier the tablets are always broken (laundry). I understand not using a box but a bag doesn’t stop the tablets from breaking and I end up with a 1/3 of the bag with broken pieces and crumbs. Frustrating product to buy which I just experienced again in receiving my recent order this month.

There are a few products I love (the hand soap, the toilet tabs, the spray cleaners), but the others don’t come close to the performance of other products I’ve used. I wish there were a way to order trial sizes so that you aren’t committed to spending a lot on something you don’t end up using. I realize this may be difficult since most things need to be reconstituted in a specific package, but I’ve had a lot of things that I just can’t use. The latest one is the body wash. Even the smallest amount leaves my skin dry and itchy. Blueland is too expensive to not have trial products.
