I have loved Blueland for quite a while now, so was not too worried when the order I received was not what I paid for. I sent a quick email to them and got a cheery reply within hours asking what they could do for me. I explained and have not heard a word since - it's been 5 days...I thought maybe I should have used their online form so went on their website and let them know the issue. More crickets. I know this may be a busy month, but why a quick reply and then nothing? Still hoping to get my order straightened out.

I received an order a few days ago. An item is missing. I have reported this via their site and used the email form. I have heard nothing. I’m very annoyed. I have been using blueland for years. The customer service contact method is not human. I don’t like spending my money and being ignored. It’s a rip off.

I’ve tried these products at a relative’s house on two occasions and loved the quality and the concept. I Purchased whole household startup sets over Labor Day weekend. I Applied email and text discounts for new customers; they didn’t show up on final price (I didn’t catch that until order processed). No response from customer service. Package arrived and several tablets broken in laundry product bag (lots of dust instead of tablets). No response from customer service.

I like the products and reducing my use of plastic overall. Customer service has been unhelpful and I have now been waiting a month for refills. Their fulfillment and shipping needs to be much faster. I have never received my orders in 7-10 days from the time of order in over a year. First they confirm the order then 2-3 days later they send an email that says the order is "packed and ready to go" then another 3-5 days later it gets shipped, unless you get an email that says "looks like there is a delay in your order" and its delayed indefinitely with no updates. Otherwise about a week later you receive it. So now I have been waiting a month since the last refill with no offer of a credit or anyone reaching out from the company. I have asked the "team" for help to no avail. So now, ironically, I am out buying dish soap etc. in plastic containers that I wanted to avoid in the first place! So annoying.

I asked a question about a product. Because they took longer than promised to respond, they offered to send a replacement for the item in question. They asked for my shipping address so they could send it. There was an error in my response and I then sent the correct address, but they said they didn't receive it. So I started new thread. Again they said they have not received my address, even though it's in both threads. So I sent it again in yet a new thread. I'm still awaiting a response. I didn't mention here, I originally sent my inquiry on the form in their website. That never got a response at all. In short, the products I've purchased are good, and I like that that the company environmentally conscious, but customet service is extremely lacking. They used to have a way to contact them by phone. That is no longer available and customer service has gotten worse along with it.

The pumps are AWFUL. I invested a good amount in switching over to blueland throughout my home, and the pumps are slowly breaking one by one. They should be replaced for free or made to last longer than a few months, but instead you need to purchase them separately, plus pay for shipping. Awful!

As others have written here, the foam hand-soap dispenser pumps do not last. We had to buy a replacement pump almost immediately after receiving the "permanent" dispenser bottles and now the replacement has failed after less than 2 weeks. Of the 4 total pumps we have purchased, 2 have failed and 1 more is working inconsistently. As others have written, the pumps start dispensing liquid instead of foam, and then eventually stiffen up so you can't even press the push-top at all. There seems to be a manufacturing or design defect that causes the pumps to fail. There is a tiny, feeble plastic bead in the dispenser base that cannot be fixed once it dislodges. One of our original pumps--we have been using these for about 6 weeks--still more or less works, but the foam is inconsistent and sometimes comes out as liquid.

The foaming hand soap comes out like water instead of foam and I don't like the bottle. Doesn't seem to do a very good job of cleaning. The window cleaner works pretty well but it stinks!
