Nice Hand Soap
I really like the fragrances that you can select for hand soap. This is not a 5-star review, only 4 because the pumps that come with the hand soap dispensers don't seem to last. I have already had to replace 2 in 6 months.

I love the dish powder
I love the dish powder. Took your advice and cut back on the amount I use for washing dishes. It works great. Still getting used to the bodywash. Hard to get a lather with the Las Vegas hard water.

bodywash is good, doesn't do a deep clean though but oh well.

what does it really cost to replace a nozzle?
I have no real strong feelings about my customer service experience. I purchased the starter set of products in May from the Container store and in June my nozzle for one of the bottles broke. I clicked on the link to request a replacement but was informed that since I didn't retain a paper receipt I couldn't qualify for a replacement. The customer service agent told me i could buy one. Pretty straightforward. I gave 4 stars instead of $5, because it seemed silly to offer a nozzle for $2.99 with shipping of $7 unless you buy a bunch more products. It just seemed to me that if a nozzle sells for 2.99 it probably doesn't cost much to make, so even if customers can't prove that they purchased a product within the last 100 days it might serve just as well to offer the nozzle for free with additional purpose or a lower shipping rate for such a small item.

I like the Blueland products but the washing tablets were mostly broken in the canister, which is disappointing.

Mostly good
I love most of the products, they are reasonably priced, perform well and arrive promptly. I just tried the shower gel and must say I don’t like it. It takes way more product than my normal shower gel to clean my whole body, and it irritates my skin— it itches and I have acne in some spots. I won’t be ordering that product again.

The product itself is extraordinary
The product itself is extraordinary. If only the pumps worked properly. I had to replace mine hand pumps twice and the multi-purpose cleaner pump once so far. But I won't stop using the product because of this :)
