I rarely write reviews however after my first order with Bluefly and the numerous negative reviews I felt obligated to share my experience to help other shoppers. As many, being my first time shopping on this site I went to read the reviews, it is legit or a scam? I so wanted the Stuart Weitzman boots but was terrified to give them $500 after the horrible reviews. I had to have them so I took the chance. I did pay the extra $14.95 for expedited shipping so I could get them and find out if all was okay as soon as possible. I had my new boots in 3 days and they are AMAZING! In the original box with duster cover and perfect condition. I will absolutely order from Bluefly again. I however cannot speak to their return policy or customer service as that is where many of the negative reviews were focused on. For shopping though I was highly pleased!! Thanks Bluefly for the great boots!

I was wary of Bluefly after reading others' reviews, but it seemed to be more reputable than similar websites like Rue La La and Gilt (even though they might all be the same company). Bluefly had some Valentino shoes I was after, as did Rue La La and Gilt, and I chose to order from Bluefly since I really didn't trust the other sites. They were very quick to ship my order (shipped the next day after my purchase), and it took about a week after placing my order for the shoes to arrive. They are exactly what I ordered and were well-packaged with the original designer box. Since I was satisfied with my purchase, I cannot speak to Bluefly's customer service or return policy, which many others seem to have had issues with.

I accidentally ordered a men’s shoe so the sizing was way off. Customer service (Dominick) was amazing. He responded to my emails, sometimes almost instantly. He was very kind and helpful. This is the best customer service experience I have had in years! Way to go Bluefly!

I have had to deal with Dominick several times about some boots. He has gone "Above and Beyond" explaining policy and procedure as well as making suggestions. When I didn't know whether to reorder or not, I felt comfortable enough to contact Dominick by e-mail and ask for advice. He has always taken time to listen and never rushed me. I am a senior and don't always understand what is being explained to me, hence I probably take up more time than someone younger. I am sure that he is a great asset to your company and valuable employee.

I recently purchased a dress and although the dress didn’t fit., Bluefly’s customer service was a perfect fit for me!!! I sent an email to inquire about my return and refund and received a response in a matter of minutes. The rep was able to provide a tracking number, track my return and inform me that my package was just received. My concerns were immediately resolved. This made my day and possible for me to make my next order!!

Always had good experiences here. Authentic quality clothes and bags. Their pricing sometimes is pretty low other times not that great but usually you’ll find decent deals.

Their customer care service is very fast and kind! They answered my inquiry asap and solved my issue in a minute on a busy day. Thank you very much for your help!
