The first time i ordered from Bluefly my order got so screwed up that i never received the item that i ordered because it was shipped somewhere else, then i had to fight to get my money returned to me.

Years ago I shopped with Bluefly when it was a newer company, and my experience back then was much more positive than now. Recently I ordered a pair of block-heeled gladiator sandals for an incredible price from Bluefly. Everything seemed great until I got to checkout and I received an error message every time I tried to create a new account or find my old one. Okay, that was weird, but not awful. I checked out as a guest, everything went fine, payment went fine, etc. When I received the shipping notice, the tracking number did not work at all, for four days. When I tried to check my order status on the website, I kept getting redirected to checkout (what??). Finally I sent an email to customer service asking for an update with my order number. I did receive a response within 24 hours (unlike other reviews I’ve since read) and had an accurate update on my order. My order arrived in a reasonable amount of time, however the sandals were shipped in a plastic bag placed inside of a gray plastic shipping envelope/bag - no shipping box and no shoe box. The shipping envelope was ripped in multiple places (it looked like someone had tried to tape it at some point in the journey) and so was the interior bag. What the hell? This is not the Bluefly quality that I remember AT ALL. So, I did receive the exact item I ordered in the correct size and in a reasonable amount of time, customer service was okaaay, but, whatever changes have been made to this company over the years, have been to the detriment of the customer and customer experience. I would only make a recommendation with severe caution, and I probably won’t shop here again.

Bought Saint Laurent bag from bluefly. When it arrived, the bag came with box, dust bag. The bag is new and authentic. The biggest problem was it didn't came with an authenticity card. Contacted customer service, they said since they got the bag from another company (rue lala), there's no way for them to get the card. That lowers the value of the bag. I didn't return the bag since it's authentic and bought it for a really good price.

I purchased a pair of Cucinelli suede men's shoe. The order and delivery were fine. The shoes are definitely authentic, but they appear to be factory seconds or a distressed style. They were not listed as either. Nevertheless, I decided not to return them, and after a good brushing and protective spray, they are okay. They are extremely comfortable. So for 1/3 or 1/2 the original price, depending on which listing, I thought they would do. It will just look like I had them awhile. I am not sure I will risk purchase from Bluefly again. I didn't really want a distressed style suede shoe or a factory second and such things should be listed.
