Took longer than it should to receive my deliver and the order was incorrect.

Customer service not available on the weekend when I was shopping. The order delivery times are not made very clear. I am not happy that my order is being shipped like the slowest mail service possible. I am spending hundreds of dollars on mediocre delivery times. I also do not like once you place the order you can not make changes to it before it has even shipped. I needed the items for an event and they will not make it. One of them unfortunately was final sale and can not be returned. Disappointed.

I ordered some shoes and then didn’t recieve any shipping info for almost a week, so I inquired to customer service and they said they’d look into it. Later on they let me know that the order had been cancelled because they actually didn’t have the shoes in stock! Mistakes happen, of course, but they didn’t offer me a coupon code toward a different pair or anything else for their error, which would have been good business.. The only reason I give it 2 stars instead of 1 is that they got back to me in a timely fashion.

I was shipped an item that I did not order.

Shipping was fast. Sizing was off on some items and an entirely different Item was sent. Due to the final sale only conditions, it’s very difficult to seek recourse. Buy at your own risk.

Sounds like it’s time for a class action lawsuit. I also got an error message when I tried to ask for a return.Also, No receipts. Shoes thrown haphazardly into the box. No customer service on weekends, eating into my 14 day return time. When I tried to request the return slip again, I was told it already gave it to me. Not allowing returns is fraud and I’m an attorney— look out BlueFly. If I can’t return my stuff, I’ll find all of the disgruntled customers and make you pay us all at once.

Why, oh why, didn't I read the reviews for Bluefly before I got on there?? They don't mind pulling a bait and switch and using false advertising. After I placed the order, they then tell me they don't have the main item I was looking for, but will ship the other part of the order, BUT they had already run my card for the FULL order and they'll be reimbursing me. I know damn well they didn't have the main item I was looking for but used it to pull me in. It will be a MIRACLE if I ever see a refund, but I am going to make their lives hell until I get it. Do not even bother with this website; I'm sorry I did!
