I purchased a dress however made a mistake with the address . I called 2 minutes after placing the order and was told that they would neither cancel or fix the address on my order ,basically telling me that I was SOL. I was told that their system would not let them fix it however the item wasn't shipped for over 2 weeks . how can you not fix a mistake 2 minutes after it was placed ? Worst customer service ever !!! So I was out of my money and a dress !!!! Just be really careful when dealing with this company !!!!!!!

Received a damaged leather goods item (cracked glazing in three places) I waited too long to use it/see the damage (received in April, went to use it and noticed issues in July) and they told me I was out of luck (after getting my hopes up, had me send pictures of the damage, jumped through a few hoops.) Any small savings is NOT worth shopping here!! I just wasted $400. No partial repair credit, nothing, just I'm out of luck. Terrible quality merchandise and terrible management. Now I see I'm not alone in my reviews of Bluefly. Wish I had seen the other reviews before my order.

I attempted to purchase a pair of Churchs Caldecott boots online (on March 20th), but could not complete the transaction because the shipping address was over 30 characters. A day later I called customer service and they placed the order for me manually. I received the billing a few days later (March 24th) and expected the shoes to ship shortly afterward. Today, March 26th, I received an email notifying me that the boots would not be shipping because of a technical glitch (the system could not calculate the shipping and duties to Canada properly - *insert* eye roll here).

Bluefly.com return policy states that a refund will be issued within 10 days of them receiving the merchandise at their wearhouse. They have received my return on 02/05/2014, today is 02/17/2014 and I have still NOT received my refund. I've contacted with customer service by email, after 7 days of waiting I recive their answer with typical pattern - "Your refund will be issued within 10 days". After "10 days" I still didn't recive any refund!

I have had a terrible experience with bluefly.com. Their return policy states that a refund will be issued within 10 days of them receiving the merchandise at their wearhouse. It has not been exactly one month since they have received my return and I have still NOT received my refund. Every time I speak with customer service, they tell me that they have put in a request to process my refund on PRIORITY - but here I am 30 days later, with still no refund !!!
