Do not purchase from them. I have two issues with BlueFly. I purchased a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses and the lens popped out the second time I wore them. Unfortunately my return period had expired. I'm stuck with them. Gorilla Glue perhaps. My main issue is with a white Versace Collection bag that I purchased just in March 2016. I own a lot of purses and was in no hurry to use this one. When I received it I unpacked it and verified the authenticity with Certilago. I doubt them as well. I just attempted to use the bag mid April. The clasp on the right side of the strap completely broke off. I hadn't even grabbed it by the strap. I was holding it by the two handles. WTH. I contacted BlueFly immediately to request a replacement or a refund. I have no problem paying for the bag. I just want to be able to use the item that I paid for. I was contacted by BlueFly and they said that they were working on resolving the issue. I have since opened a claim with PayPal. The purse was sent to me from Tony Hernandez c/o Ladolcevitae 1 Technology Dr Ste B115 Irvine Ca 92618-5327. Beware.

I returned a wallet that was damaged. Bluefly would not give me a credit. After months of calls and conversations and after I posted this on the internet, they issued a store credit for 581.00. I used 230.00 of this credit and then Bluefly arbitrarily removed the balance of my store credit. They told me that they credited my credit card which was cancelled almost two years ago, so it was impossible. I asked them to send me a receipt and they said, they don't have receipts only transaction numbers. NONE of my credit cards were credited. They simply removed my credit. This Company is not to be trusted !!! BLUEFLY is not an honest company

This is the worst company I've dealt with when it comes to customer service. It's as if they train all their staff to make it IMPOSSIBLE for a customer to return items. I had a huge order sent to me and their representative helped me and checked me out as a "guest" customer. Most items did not work out and it was a huge order, ~ $4,000. I didn't know what to do as the order didn't come up on my account. I had no way to return them because the order didn't even show up in my account. Finally, when I called them, the representative said it was all FINAL sale! I went back to check each and every item and none of them were final sale!! They just outright lied to me. In fact, they ere still selling the same items on the website. I then called back and complained about why they would claim that the items were final sale when they were all still being sold on the site as regular items. They said they would look into it. I didn't hear back for a while and when I called them again, they said that they emailed me labels to return the items but I never got them. I then called again several times and they said that they would look into it only to tell me that the time to return has passed therefore, I cannot return any of the items!! Unbelievable!!! Meanwhile, I see them still selling the same items I am stuck with which I have never worn and are still in plastic bags and hangers worth about $4,000. I am reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission to be investigated on for their unscrupulous business practices. They are downright deceptive to their consumers!! I have many friends who have had the same experience with this company and they are never shopping there again. I strongly advice anyone who is thinking of shopping at Bluefly to heed other people's warnings. BEWARE and shop elsewhere!!!

Something Strong Something Strong Men's Color Block Messenger Bag In Olive/Black $129.00 This bag might be hands down the lowest quality product that I have ever bought. I bought this bag over christmas and was excited to finally use it on my flight last weekend only to find out after walking less than a 1/4 mile that the over the shoulder strap broke sending all of my valuable electronics I was taking on the flight crashing down onto the concrete floors. Leading me to have to tie the shoulder strap to a different part of the bag. Then throughout the weekend I found my self using the hand straps much more than normal because of the shoulder strap issue only to discover that the handles began to start coming apart from the bag. This lead to me having to walk through the airport for my return flight carrying this bag like a baby as I was afraid of it falling apart even more. Now onto the customer service, Bluefly does a nice job of answering quickly on the phone but the trade off there is that you can never get them to address your question they either differ you to email in which it take someone over two days and a follow up email before they "review" your case and then proceed to copy and paste their return policy as the reply even if your email had nothing to do with returns and was actually about a faulty product. Then when you call in someone will politely tell you that they are escalating your issue and will get an answer back to you in 48 hour. Then they never call or email. Which will lead you to a website like Trustpilot where you will try to warn other from making the mistakes that you did when you were young and foolish. In summation don't fly with Bluefly

Ordered a time-sensitive gift item. First they sent out the completely wrong item, then wouldn't send the correct item until I returned the wrong item. THEN they sent out the correct item in the WRONG SIZE. I ended up having no gift to give, and had to return another item. This must happen all the time because customer service seemed not to be surprised about this, and only offered a 10% off coupon as apology which I find insulting since a simple google search can reveal coupons higher than that. I will never order anything from Bluefly again and recommend others not to do so either.

Ordered a beanie and a scarf (Portolano powder pink cashmere rib knit infinity scarf and beanie). Received two scarves instead. Attempted to return one scarf and get a beanie. Beanie is out of stock. After multiple email exchange a customer service representative, received a return shipping label and mailed both scarves back. However, they only refunded me for a beanie (1/2 price of the scarf) instead of refunding me for both (scarf & beanie). Had to spend 30+ minutes on the phone with another customer service representative (who was extremely rude - not even a single sorry for the mess up!) before they finally promised to process a refund within 7 business days. Never again!

I purchased 3 clothing items from Bluefly. I paid them sales tax and duties because I am in Canada - this was paid directly to Bluefly through my Paypal acount. When I received the items they were too large and I needed to return them. I paid for shipping to return to the company. Bluefly only refunded me partially for my payment, refusing to return my sales tax and duties ($71USD=97$CDN!!). They told me that Paypal was responsible for paying the taxes & duties to the Canadian government and thus they would not refund me. When I contacted Paypal this was of course not the case, as Bluefly received the full payment of my taxes & duties from Paypal with the original payment. I will never order from this company again. Also their Customer Service lady lied to me by telling me it was Paypal's responsibility to refund my taxes! I have filed a complaint through Paypal.

12/18 Ordered an Aegean bathrobe for my daughter's Christmas present. It's very specific as it appeared in one of my daughter's all-time favorite movies. Opened up the box today, and it is the wrong Aegean product. Called customer service and they are closed, and will try tomorrow.This is my first experience with Bluefly, so I will update as I go along. 12/19 I called as soon as customer support opened, and my original product was sold out. However the exact product in a "long version" (long robe instead of the short one) was available. I was going to just order the long version as my daughter might be okay with the long robe. I was told I could order the longer one at full price (this long robe was on sale right before I ordered the short version.). The customer service person was very nice and tried to see if he could at least offer a discount but was refused and then said that since the long version was final sale, it could not be returned.. I said that I should be able to return if necessary since I ordered the right product, and am not at fault for Bluefly shipping me the wrong product. But, he said according to policy, if I ordered the long version I would be stuck with it. I am returning the original wrong order and have already ordered the "long version" from another company as the original short version is now sold out everywhere. I will get to experience Bluefly's return process and will update after Christmas.
