I should have read the reviews ;( Awful customer service after they send me the wrong product, not a little wrong, a lot wrong!!! Still trying to get my money back for THEIR mistake. Unbelievable in this day and age. DO NOT BUY FORM THIS COMPANY!!!

The worst thing is the product I received is AWFUL-- and NEVER being able to get through to anyone on the phone. The emails I sent were answered in a somewhat timely manner I did order one product and thought i was ordering a nice designer bag. The bag looks NOTHING like the picture or image online. If I had seen the bag in person I would not have even paid $25 for it. i have learned my lesson. The bag I ordered was suppose to be by a reputable designer but I do not think it is an authentic brand. No way a brand could be in business for so many years and charge the prices they charge and sell bags that look like the one I got. I could not get a refund or return it because --needless to say I (I will never do it again) ordered a bag that said no returns. Public---Beware and do not ever order a product that says no returns. The product I received is HORRIBLE!! I could have gone to a consignment shop or Goodwill and found something nicer. Horrible Product!!

They don't give you enough time to return items. Also, they don't issue store credit if you've exceed the return time.

BlueFly is the most disreputable company I have ever ordered from. I would have liked to have given it 0 stars but that's not an option. I purchased a designer handbag that did not look like the one in the picture (the color was completely off). I asked to exchange for a bag or greater or equal value as they informed me it was final sale (though not clearly stated in the purchasing process). I asked if they could give me a credit for the site. The representative was beyond arrogant (yes I mean you Michael W)! There is no way to even call a customer service line and the only person to answer my emails was the rude customer service rep. This was a very expensive handbag and I was willing to pay more for something else! Do not!!!! I repeat do not order from BlueFly as they treat their customers like s@#$%%!!! Worst retail experience ever. Natalie

So by far the worst company I have ever dealt with, now over $900 down with 2 pairs of incorrect shoes delivered, no response from customer service, was assured the right shoes would be delivered and were in stock hence I paid for the 2nd pair without a refund of the first pair, and no CS will not respond to me, their phone line does not work and right now a feeling of never getting my money back, would never recommend ordering from this site unless you want the wrong shoes and no refund. About to initiate a legal claim if i don't get a response and my money back

ordered shoes from here THRY sent wrong size, I needed right size only to be told I needed to ship back to warehouse first and THEN they would reimburse me at that time and I have to PAY AGAIN for "new" order of size they were supposed to send originally- no help form customer service or their "manager" who was busy to talk I needed the shoes by next Tuesday for an event and was told there wasn't a guarantee of arrival for that date in either way??? never again, I highly recommend not using this company

Horrible Customer Service... I spoke with the CS agent to indicate they were shipping my items to my old address and to redirect. They indicated they would cancel my order and I should go back online to reorder. I did but they never cancelled my original order and it was sent to the wrong address. Now they are saying I have to wait until it is return to their warehouse to get reimbursed. REALLY!! Totally not satisfied. I requested to speak with a manager and was told she was to busy to speak with me...Again...REALLY! Who is the customer here!!!! Do not order from blue fly...Consider yourself warned!
