BlueflyReviews of bluefly.com

Bluefly is a TOTAL SCAM...Their returns are a JOKE. I am still waiting for $1,300 in refunds and I can not get anybody on the phone who is willing to discuss or solve my problem. The problem stems from Bluefly's inability to manage their vendors who handle shipping and returns on their behalf. I have been promised a full refund on my items, but weeks later, I am still waiting. Nobody replies to an email with a solution. USELESS NEVER NEVER NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

ordered a lower case diamond initial j necklace. I was unable to track my item using the bluefly website. They finally sent me a tracking number days after contacting them, which was pointless because it arrived the day they sent the tracking number. When I opened the package I discovered that they sent a completely different J initial necklace. The item I ordered was originally $440, but on sale for $350. They charged me the $440 price. Really disappointed with this site, I definitely wont be shopping here again!

Do NOT NOT NOT order anything from bluefly.com. I know the deals may look amazing, but you may not actually receive the product you order. I ordered a jewelry set, but received earrings and a gold chain as a "replacement" for the jewelry set I originally ordered. I called customer service and they told me (after waiting for 20 minutes to speak with a "supervisor") the vendor could not mail me the jewelry set I ordered, and sent the other "set" as a replacement. Instead of immediately refunding me my money thy asked me to send pictures of the "replaced" item so they could expedite the return. 14 days later and no response. I had to phone them back to get a label sent to me. NEVER NEVER again!! The customer service representatives were rude, dismissive and do not apologize for the inconvenience. It was as if I was bothering them with this problem.

I bought a designer blouse on bluefly.com. It was supposed to be new merchandise, but when it came, it appeared worn, so I decided to return it. There was no return label sent, and no information about how to return the item, so I contacted bluefly.com customer service by email. Bluefly.com customer service then sent me a return label only, no form to fill out for me to give the reason for my return as other stores have. At no time was I asked why I was returning the product. When bluefly.com received the item back, they sent me an email telling me they were refusing the return because the item was worn. BUT THEY SENT ME THE ITEM ALREADY WORN! There was no disclosure on the bluefly.com site where the item was described that it was worn.

The customer service is non-existent. They are only there to try to resolve support tickets, not to actually solve problems. It is clear they are not interested in helping their customers but rather only interested in getting their money. They do not stand behind the products which they sell whatsoever.

I should have checked first the reviews. They are the worst customer service. It's true, they hold your refund money for awhile.

Don't buy from Bluefly. They have terrible service and keep your money. I ordered three pairs of Taryn Rose shoes on 6/26/2017. When I received the shoes on 7/12/17, information in the box said one pair of shoes was "final sale. non-returnable." This was a surprise since this information was not on the website nor the email confirming the sail. Since none of the shoes fit (surprisingly, since I always wear Taryn Rose), I contacted BF customer service. The rep said the "non-returnable" message was an error and issued me a return authorization for all 3 pairs of shoes on 7/17/17. I returned the shoes on 7/18/17 via Fed Ex ground using their shipping label. It is now 8/12/17 and I have not yet been issued a credit from Bluefly nor have I been able to reach them to find out what has happened to the shoes.

Bluefly does not state how many days you have to return an item in its return policy, so I called them about it. I had to google their number because the website gives you only an email address. I did reach someone right away when I called, though. The rep stated that it's either 14 or 21 days from the date the item is shipped. A variable return policy? Seems shady to me. And not 30 days like most stores? And you thought you had made it. Gotcha! I'm giving the site 1 star because if you're not going to give 30 days like most places, you should be proud to say so in big, bold letters. Aha, as it turns out, the return policy for each item is actually located on the bottom of the product page buried in the details, where they are sure you will never see it. Who has time for details, right? Sorry Bluefly, I won't be back. No tolerance for shade.
