Bluefly attempted to offer me possible products that would satisfy me, thereby making the deal. They offered what was available. But...I knew what I wanted,,and it might have been available much earlier in the Season,,but not at present. Nor have I found what I sought elsewhere. Bluefly gets credit for attempting to satisfy this customer. I give Bluefly five stars.

Items are exactly as they appear on the site; price is affordable for the brands sold; wide range and variety of products and brands; customer service is simply outstanding.

First off, this issue was not Bluefly’s fault, it was caused by USPS, but the customer service team from the first communication were so helpful and kind and just wanted to ensure I didn’t come away with a bad experience, despite the issue having nothing to do with them making an error! I found that just so beyond what I’m used to these days and appreciated it so much. Even though they didn’t have to and I didn’t even ask, they fully refunded my purchase that had been lost by USPS which I never expected. From beginning to end, they were helpful, showed empathy, were professional and knowledgeable, and left me feeling very good about buying from Bluefly knowing that they look for such great people to work there.

At Bluefly, we strive to go above and beyond for our customers, and your feedback reaffirms that we're on the right path. My mistake and apologies. Box was just found buried under bay window ledge. I have informed my credit card company and asked them to cancel the disputed charge.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and our apologies for the frustration you’ve experienced with your order. We understand how upsetting it can be when a package goes missing, especially when tracking shows it was delivered. However, we’d like to clarify that we have responded to all of your inquiries and have been doing our best to assist you. While we understand your dissatisfaction with the outcome, we want to ensure that the full context is clear. In one of your messages, you mentioned that package theft has become an issue in Washington, DC, and you suspect that your package was stolen. You also referred to concerns about delivery personnel potentially being involved in theft, yet you have provided no evidence to back up your claim. And after reviewing your case, the package was confirmed as delivered to your front porch by the carrier. Unfortunately, once a package is marked as delivered, it falls outside of our responsibility if it is stolen. It’s also important to note that thefts occurring after delivery are not covered by standard shipping insurance. We also want to address your concerns regarding our customer service. While we always strive to provide timely and helpful support, we regret that our communication did not meet your expectations. We are continually working to improve and ensure a better experience for all of our customers. We genuinely hope that you are able to find a resolution with the carrier and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

I saw some Mother denim on sale so decided to buy even though I hadn't used Bluefly in years. I think I last bought from them in 2013? I was surprised to see them on my search for jeans as tbh I didn't know they existed still. I had a great experience buying a Mother skirt and jeans! Very happy and they arrived very quickly. I had a sizing issue with the jeans and asked Bluefly if they would pay some of my alteration cost and they covered the entire cost! Customer service was so fast, helpful and nice

Its unfortunate that so many people leave negative reviews here. The customer service was incredible and I was talking with someone several times a day via email who was polite and competent and answers all of my questions and concerns. The negative reviews affected my trust in making my purchase but the customer service and quick delivery of my expensive product was very impressive. I will be coming back again and again. Don't be fooled by the negative reviews. Most people only take the time to complain and not to rave about good service.

I am absolutely thrilled with my Louis Vuitton handbag. Bluefly was very clear that this was a previously owned bag. To my surprise and delight it was brand new! Not a bit of use. I thought to myself how can this be real?? I took it to my local LV store to verify and low and behold it is!! I was convinced it was to good to be true at this reasonable price!! I ordered this bag on a Friday and it was delivered Tuesday morning. It was delivered in brand new packaging! Bluefly was very responsive and understanding when I communicated with them! I will absolutely buy all my handbags here. I have been a customer for over 24 years and have never had an issue. Thanks again for the beautiful bag!!
