The item was nice, the price was right, but it took forever to get here.

Great Prices, But Wrong Size sent to Me Twice.

I received 4 of the 6 items I ordered. I received an e mail later that one was no longer available. However, I have tried to find out through customer service where the other dress is but have received no viable assistance. Very disappointing.

Product received was not what was photographed on the website. Didn’t want to hassle with return and risk not receiving anything at all.

My last purchase was event-free however i am still angry about my purchases before where my orders were cancelled and insufficient/no notice was sent when it was literally the address type which was rhe issue. The agent i spoke to refused to help me reorder the items . I

My shoes didn’t fit.

I ordered a leather handbag. Color was not mentioned in the description and was not an option to select. The photo showed a royal blue handbag, which I wanted. I received a black handbag. Nice handbag, though. Item descriptions need to be more complete. Also lengths of dresses, skirts, tops, etc. stated in inches would be appreciated. Slow shipping.

I tried to buy my favorite sunglasses 3 times, because they were with good price , I didn’t get. They said were unavailable. The day after that, they were available with higher price. I was so disappointed.
