BlueflyReviews of bluefly.com

The order is not received yet but the status of shipment from your website shows as delivered! There is no contact number for customer service on Mobile App. Shipment information is inot clear! Where is it dropped off?!!!

I need to return the product because of the size and instructions to return. Thank you .

Bluefly's prices are a generally higher than other comparable websites. Sale prices can be much better too. I rarely buy on Bluefly.

took two weeks just to ship i guess i'm just too use to amazon 2 day delivery .would not deal with again.

Two of the items I purchased were damaged. I emailed the day I received them because I do not have an account to be able to access a profile. No reply to my emailed in 4 Days. I then decided to call but sat and waited on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Had to hang up as I could not waste any more time on damaged products. I called back and waited another 50 minutes before finally getting someone to help me. When I received the return labels, there was no indication which label went with what return (apparently they had to go to two places, which is fine). I immediately replied to the return email and no one got back to me until the next day but I was out of town. Was a very frustrating shopping experience.

I did not receive all that I ordered. I ordered three dresses at the same time and only got one. I have tried to call customer service and get through. Not sure what happed?

Wrong size . Bad experiense and i now i am in other country and i can't return this.

My greater issue is with the seller who did not reveal the 7.5 I purchased ran large. Exercise care when purchasing from a Bluefly seller.
