BlueflyReviews of bluefly.com

I bought 2 Gucci sunglasses from them and it's fake nd thry dont want to taked it back.. I'm in the process of getting a lawyer i am going to sue them.. Costumer service sucks and the representative are really rude.. Do not buy nothing from them..

False advertising- bogus deals - diamond stud earrings advertised for an unbelievable price - ordered and was charged and then the order was cancelled due to some bogus reason- but my American Express was charged. The earrings then became listed as sold out and I wonder if they just falsely advertised or mistakenly priced them then just made up a sham story that my order was cancelled due to my AMEX being declined - which it wasn’t. Liars and crooks and so shady !!! Run run run from the nasty fly !!!!! Oh - when I called customer service- 10 minute wait and then hung up on as soon as I mentioned that the order was cancelled but I was still charged -literally just hung up !!! And rude from the second they answered!!! Hate this vendor!!!

Worst company ever. My order also was fully charged and it took forever to get each item that was sent separately. Also the main item I wanted is still being processed after two weeks. I have returned some of the items because of quality within the required 14 days and received only partial of the money back. What a scam and I hope the Better Business Bureau steps in because this is the next place I am complaining and if that does not work the Attorney General Office.

Ordered twice. First time was sent an item in a totally different color, had to return. Second time, item went on sale the next day for $100 less. Would not honor price, I returned item. Customer service was not helpful and rude. I unsubscribed and will never order from them again

Bluefly has substandard business practices. I have an Bluefly online accout and tried to update the email address as I had to shut down my old email when it was corrupted. The Bluefly website does not allow me to update by email. I called customer service and the agent told me he could update the email attached to my account. I placed an order for 5 items on 1/1/18. One item was delivered. My online account showed the 4 other items were being processed but not yet shipped. After a week I called customer service and was told the items were cancelled on 1/2/18 as they ran out of inventory and I was sent an email about the cancellation. The email address on my account was not updated. I went online while speaking with the CSA and saw that 2 of the items I ordered were still showing as available on the website in the size and color I ordered. The CSA said they probably were not available and some of the vendors take a long time to update their inventory. It is standard practice in the online retail industry for customers to be able to update all the information in their online accounts, for companies to update the inventory often and take items off the website when inventory is no longer available so customers don't waste time ordering items that are not available. Across the board the customer service for Bluefly is not customer centered and is substandard. Especially for a company that sells expensive, luxury items a much better level of customer service is expected and should be provided. Don't waste time shopping on this website.

La PEOR ONLINE STORE QUE SE HAYA VISTO. SON UNOS LADRONES, RATAS, With a policy made to benefit themselves. Bluefly is THE most horrible online return experience I've ever had! I even made this account just so I can write this dam review. ZERO star if it were an option. Return process was hell for me. I shipped the item back and was confirmed that it was delivered and signed, but still no refunds. Wrote them multiple emails and got no answer. TENDRAN QUE DESAPARECER.

Bluefly is THE most horrible online return experience I’ve ever had! I even made this account just so I can write this dam review. ZERO star if it were an option. Return process was hell for me. I shipped the item back and was confirmed that it was delivered and signed, but still no refunds. Wrote them multiple emails and got the same response that they’re waiting for the vendor to process the refund...for THREE weeks going on fourth. Like seriously I’ve NEVER been through a return process that took so long. Calling those bozos was no help as they kept saying the same sh!t. I’ve had it with them so I’m sending them cursed emails daily until I get my refunds. Be warn, shop else where!

Horrible! Customer Service promised a credit and didn't issue one. Aftet several emails back and forth, and 40 minutes on the 3rd phone call, they admitted their mistake but refused to issue the credit. They cheated me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
