I ordered two pairs of sunglasses and initiated a return online for both. A few days later I got a reply back in someone else's name with all their information (address etc). I sent another email saying you sent me someone else return label. They struggled to get my return label right but said it was a computer glitch. Now, they have only credited me for one pair of sunglasses. I have had endless emails back and forth with the promise that someone is looking into the "missing sunglasses" but haven't heard anything in over a week. Maybe an employee stole the glasses. The *877# says no one is available. I want my $250 missing funds.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I just bought a dress and made sure it stated it was returnable on their webpage before purchasing (I never buy non-returnable items). The dress arrived & when I took it out of the plastic it literally reeked of a putrid stench that I've never smelled before - it was so bad that I had to pack it back up & put it away. I immediately attempted to contact customer service via phone, but after 3 days of trying, never able to connect with a person. I emailed them the situation to which they asked me to provide PICTURES of the damage. I don't know about you, but I don't know of any magic camera that captures odor. They are now advising that the dress isn't returnable; citing that the "vendor" won't take it back to which I stated that's Bluefly's problem, as I bought it from them, not their vendor. I'm beyond livid - their inaccessibility & horrible responses are unacceptable. Unfortunately I will have to take legal action (because I have nothing better to do, right?). Will never shop there again; they appear to be thieves - and for me this was a significant purchase, so now I'm unable to by another dress in that price range.

Ordered a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses and the lenses unfortunately do not look like the picture advertised. Trying to return item using instructions provided for "guest" shopper and it will not allow me to pull up my order. Placing the order was simple, based on customer reviews, returns are a total headache. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchase.
