I'm still waiting to hear from your customer service team about my glasses arriving completely warped, the delivery also took approx 4 weeks

Initial ordered 5 items on july4, promised 15% off refund, didn’t apply; 2 items received on july23, another 2 items only received on aug6. Still 1 item is missing, email 4 times about the missing item, missing refund n one extra charged necklace but zero reply until now... which is more than a month for one order... totally miserable!

Clothing Items I have purchased at bluffly are not good quality unless they are a well-known brand such as Splendid for example. I did a purchase a very nice Splendid sweater, but there are other brands that really don't meet my expectations or the sizes are off. The other reason why I give this 1 star is because I recently purchased 2 pairs of designer sunglasses, both of them were way too wide for my face. I have purchased and owned many designer sunglasses, and they have all fit perfectly. Plastic sunglasses that come too wide or stretched out cannot be adjusted. So the bad news about the sunglasses was that they arrived a little later than expected and it was the night before I had to go on a trip. I wasn't able to bring them with me because they didn't fit and when I returned from my trip, it was already past the 14 day return policy.

Final Sale of an improper fitting running shoe. Bought an identical year/model of a shoe I currently wear. The one Bluefly sent was close to a full size smaller. They wouldn’t issue exchange or refund. Stay away from Bluefly if you think you may need to exchange or return.

Search criteria pulls up a size number only... regardless if that number is actually a US size or not. Example: you select ‘size 7’ and it will still pull up a UK size 7... which is actually a larger US size like a size 8. Very misleading. Customer service not helpful. Bought wrong size because notation stating it is a UK size 7 is buried in text...the same text stating shoes are leather...rubber sole... and other miscellaneous details. A US SIZE 8 should NOT come up when you search under ‘size 7’ unless you can ALSO select UK/US as well.

When placed order Blue Fly process order send confirmation number start shipping order i received two of the Hand bags the handbag was given to another Customer . the Blue fly wait days before contact me there claims were it was a error. that was not true.

Yeah..... Not a great experience. I ordered a belt (an expensive one!) that was a final sale. Didn't think much of it until I received the belt. It was un assembled! The belt buckle was not attached to the belt. Okay minor irritation, I can work a screw driver. Well they must have sent me a mis-matched set because the screw doesn't fit the hole on the belt - the screw is too large! Super upset that I spent that amount of money on a belt to A. have to assemble it myself, and B. am not able to get the damn thing together! Will most likely not be ordering from them again.
