I tired to reach customer service at least 5 times over 3 weeks and no response. I used multiple emails and got a message saying we’ll respond shortly but they’re never did. Terrible customer service! Am not doing business with them in the future.

I was sent the wrong merchandise. I returned it. Never received a credit. Contacted bluefly numerous times. No response back from customer service. No thank you.

It was really hard to deal with their customer service after you make the purchase even in few minutes.i order a shoe size 8 and they send me size 7 I didn’t know till i heart my feet .i didn’t call again because it was the worst deal I ever had. Do not deal with those people because if u call them they make fun of you . Shame there is a company in US like that !!!!!!
