BlueflyReviews of bluefly.com

Excellent quality shoes. However, I had to contact bluefly as they forgot to order one pair of shoes (the pair for my birthday I had to wait for isn’t that something). Contacted the company, they ordered them. Good quality product. Must watch your shipping receipts though.

love the selection, but had trouble with ordering with no confirmation sent, so ordered again and ended up with 2 items vs. one. RETURNS are not good! You need to call/email to get requisite form, not automatically enclosed in purchase and you can't get form if you have signed in as a guest. 14 days is too short a window dealing with this hassle

Good prices so far and I like the free shipping

Please with purchase but delivery was slow. UPS even delayed the forecasted delivery day by a day. When you get used to Amazon, you take that delivery speed for granted.

Well, they have great deals, but I did order something that I thought was accepted, but it never came. (I wasn't charged for it). I guess if there's only one left and someone else orders at same time, you just may not receive it?

Bought 3 pairs of shoes. Received the first one and it was the wrong color, 3 days later and still no answer as to what will happen. Received the second one, everything was great. The third one is still being processed. I have no information as to more or less when will it ship out.

I understand it was free, but delivery took way longer than I expected.

Product was excellent quality but their shoe size conversion was way out and now I am left with a pair of shoes at least 2 sizes too small - absolutely useless. Size 5.5 is not close to 38 or 8 as their size chart suggested.
