You showed the bottle of cinnabar with the red cap. This is what you advertised for sale. You sent the clear bottle with clear lid. Different perfume quality altogether. False advertising. Won't shop again.

I bought some earrings they look very cheap. They were bent when I got them. Presentation was horrible! The packet said "free gift" made it seem like they got a free gift and resold it. Never buying from them again!

I purchased a shirt. Because my address and shipping is different it got flagged. I’m comfortable with that business practice however I put in my email this was a gift and it was important to get this resolved. The BF employee advised me that in so many words there was nothing that could be done. Now I got my credit card information updated and got my shirt but there was empathy or damn given as it pertains to the issue.
