I placed an order on Bluefly.com on September 1st, 2018. 5 pairs of shoes (2 Roberto Cavalli Loafers, 2 Versace Sneakers, 1 Versace Loafer) I received from this order are FAKE/REPLICAS of the designers shoes I intended to buy. It was not hard to see that the shoes were fake and are of bad quality. Another sad part of this bad experience is the fact that all 5 shoes from 2 different designers have the same identical plain black dust bag, which I also found very odd and not funny. I have been trying to contact them to get the issue of these KOCKOFF shoes resolved without success. I want to return these 5 pairs of shoes ASAP. It is impossible to reach Bluefly customer service over the phone or get an answer via email. Someone please help me with this nightmare. Hopefully, I hear from them soon. I am very disappointed of Bluefly that prone to be selling only AUTHENTIC designers articles. I am trying to understand why their suppliers dropped the ball on my order and sent me those FAKE shoes.

After placing my order, I got my confirmation order number and that was it. I haven't receive a tracking number or any other update about my order. Tried calling and it's a stupid machine. It is impossible to actually talk to them. I called 8 times n I was put on hold for over 10 mins n they just declined your calls. It's ridiculous. I just want updates on my order.

Bag came damaged & when I Tried to return it, I could not. In addition, I paid $45 for the bag and the next day it ent on sale for $19! No one to call & talk to. Terrible experience!

Very disappointed with the Sondra Roberts backpack . The gold nylon started pilling since the first day of my trip . Poor quality . Se two emails to customer service and never got a response . I don’t recommend this item .

I ordered earrings a week ago and have received no communication since. Every time I go to check on the order status I get an error and it directs me to sign up since I “checked out” as a guest. I try to sign up and get an error. I emailed customer service and received zero reply back. I ordered these earring 2 weeks prior to event I need them for and now I’m stressed they won’t come. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Take your business some place else people!

It usually takes 24 - 48 hours to process an order once it's placed. Your order shipped 2 days later as noted on the product page. Your order shipped 09/06/2018 11:11:10 pm. Placed an order yesterday and I received no confirmation in my email of the order. Website "Order History" not working. Bluefly did place a hold on my credit card-NICE. Customer service doesn't answer after the recording states a 3 minute wait Emailed and got an auto-reply they will respond within 48 hours. Terrrible - the only thing they get 5 stars on is how to process a credit card

I received the wrong item, so I had to ask for a return label and have sent the item back. I will be re-ordering the same item from a different company.
