I ordered twice and returned the product twice because i didnt like the way they fit me. They were returned and i was immediatly reimbursed. I would definately order from them again.

We were excited to order my engagement ring 1 1/4 ct Pompeii diamonds. I was anxious too, because the site said only 2 left so ordered it from my phone, however one of my old addresses kept populating and i thought that i had corrected it but once i placed my order the old address was still there. So i sent emails regarding changes, and called and left messages and someone did call me back within 24hrs and each one of my emails were answered within 24hrs and only within their business hrs which was fair. I didnt tell my fiancee that i put the wrong address, because he would have blown a gasket. So i read terms and it says they may not able to change or cancel due to their structure of the distribution being separate from the customer service. To add to my challenges my mother n law spooked my fiancee with the bad reviews and he wanted to cancel, even though she ordered her a ring and received it, which we learned after we canceled our order. (Again no issues) I tried to tell him that i saw no reviews where the jewelry was not received or any scam was taking place with fake jewelry. But i needed to cancel because I didnt want my ring to get misplaced being mail to an old address. Long story short my customer service person Dominique was able to cancel and the payment was not drafted and $$ returned to my acct with no problem other than me calling the bank to ensure payment was still pending and had not been received by bluefly. This was appreciated and saved my life literally! I have recommended bluefly to other customers and we plan to order our daughter a ring for her bday.
