Worst F.. costumer service and very rude and inappropriate!! I never been so mad until I spoke to someone so disrespectful that made me lost my respect as well. I will never buy from this people again and I hope they go bankrupt soon!!! I open a dispute the bank I can't deal with this people anymore

Ordered the wrong sized item and caught it immediately after paying. Scoured the site for directions on how to cancel order, after all it had been less than 1 minute. Their policy is no cancellations, seriously! No phone number googled it but the number listed online is incorrect. Emailed customer service asking if they would cancel the order, it had been less than 10 minutes at this time. They responded quickly saying, no. They apologized for inconvenience. Called my credit card company, explained what happened and companies policy was for me to wait to receive the item then return it for a $10 fee. My credit company laughed and said they would handle it for me for free and I would get 100% of my money back. BE WARNED DON’T CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH ANY COMPANY THAT WON’T ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL AN ORDER OR RETURN SOMETHING WITHOUT A FEE, OR PUT OUT THEIR PHONE NUMBER FOR YOU TO CALL. THEY’RE SCAM ARTISTS THAT SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN!

Three weeks to get my merchandise (that is the projected delivery date — I am still waiting for delivery), shipped from Kentucky to California! It’s Fed Ex, so what the heck happened? It was sent from Indiana to California, then — for reasons unknown to me — to Kentucky, then Indiana, then back to California. And no one from Bluefly contacted me about he issue. Terrible company. Zero customer service.

Terrible customer service ever They are already ready to fight with you if you have any problem about your order I talked with their customer service Her name is 'Dominic' I didn't get my package and the tracking number doesn't work also So asked some questions She said that is my computer problem and she doesn't care Also when I finally got the product That had a damage But as other people's reviews I already knew that they will not do anything good for customer service, so I decided to keep the product and never order from them again

I ordered an expensive men’s coat in large but it arrived XXLarge. I immediately contacted Bluefly.com and was instructed on how to return for a full refund. After following their return procedure I received an email from Jackie in Bluefly cystomer support that they were processing my refund. After a month of not receiving my refund I sent emails and letters for several weeks to their corporate office requesting they issue the refund they owed me as they do not have a number to call them direct. After being ignored for many months Dominic from Bluefly support emailed me that a few months after my return, Bluefly. Com relaunched and although they have the same online name, the relaunch eliminated their responsibility to refund past due money to customers. I informed the company that I would warn the public through social media as well as by filing a complaint with the better business bureau to ensure the public Knows that BLUEFLY.COM IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY.

Absolutely the worst company to deal with. Order an item on their website that shows in stock. I order it. 3 days later they cancel. So the item appears again a few days later to be in stock, so I order it again. Get cancellation email again. What is wrong with this company and their inventory. Seems they are in the stone age. Never again.....Poor customer service too with just sending a generic email.

I bought a designer watch 80% off and gave it as a gift. About a year later the band broke. My friend brought it to a jeweler to have it repaired and was told it was a fake.

On top of everything else posted about Bluefly it’s important to know the costs of the items sold. I saw men’s Gucci slacks “for sale” on Bluefly site for $795. Non refundable. The problem is that you can buy the same pants at Gucci for $690. And return them if you need to. And be waited on by a knowledgeable salesperson. And, in the NYC Soho store, be given a free smoothie while you shop!
