Worst company to ever buy a motorhome and get serviced stay as far away from them as possible. They’ll do nothing but upsell you on services and do a crappy job and I speak of the location in Alvin Texas and definitely don’t do business with their service advisor, Adonis, or their manager, Dominic Garcia. They’ll just keep you going around in circles will not stand behind their work just a waste of time. if I could give them less than a star, I would biggest regret buying something from them.

Probably the worst service experience I have ever received in my entire 60 years. Dropped off motorhome I purchased from them for minor service, Oil chance, generator oil change and a leaking propane regulator. 5 weeks later yes 5 weeks, later and I gave up and they wanted to charge me $1100.00. Please, if I save just one person from going there I will have done my job posting this review. Beware Beware Beware.

Blue Compass in Lubock Tx. Took my Entegra Anthem for aquahot service and generator repair. Drove 130 miles to pick it up and nothing worked. 3 weeks later picked it up. I was told everything works perfect. Get home and Aquahot will not shut off. Call and was told to call warranty company. In total 1 month and not fixed. When I bought it took 2 months and threat of legal means to get fixed! Avoid this store at all cost. I will drive 5 hrs to get it fixed from here out! 0 stars do not recommend

Stay away from this company!! (Oh how I would LOVE to name names as I write this!!!) The local dealer and corporate do NOT have any idea who's doing what and what either one needs from the customer in order to complete a purchase or sale. They think it's okay to have the customer sign blank forms. REALLY?! Indeed, they insist on it so they can finish their part of the process correctly, according to them. We think it's more likely that the corporate member doesn't want his boss to know that he sits idle all day in his pajamas at home instead of doing his job. At any rate, we did meet some 'nice' people. Unfortunately, it was these same 'nice' people who would assure us of one thing, only to turn around a couple of days later to tell us something else. One salesperson thinks it's good practice to not even listen to the customers when she asks questions and will then respond to them in the way she thought they answered her instead of according to how the customer responded to her. They don't listen, they don't tell the truth and I'm fairly certain they are not practicing good and ethical business practices. If this is how they treat 'family', we don't need it! Find another RV dealer with a better reputation to deal with!

This company should be shut down.. There work is terrible and they don't stand behind it.. they charged $23,000 to seal the roof replace the floors and redo our shower basin… all of it was done so poorly.. the floors are lifting all the baseboard is chipped and fell off.. they didn’t do anything to the shower. I called them on it and made them caulk it at Least. They had the nerve to give me attitude..

bought a jayco 2025 ta a camper show in knoxville tn and went to pick it up the fowing weekend and they had to find one and when it did show up the next week there was things wrong with it that should have been fixed when they got the camper so we did not take the camper and go back the next week and so this time no one has paper work or keys and still wanted us to take it and i am not taking a camper with no keys and paper work so we go camping in it and found some stuff with it wrong so take it back they were rude that we brung it back so soon to get repairs done so a month latter we go to pick it back up and two things they say can ont be fixed so all well they said and so we look thu the camper and they power cord was missing from camper where some one forgot to put back and so i said something they give me another one and she siad they need that one back when i find mine thats not in the camper they are just rude from the word get go and they have lost the keys to they camper again so trying to get keys again to camper again i email the corpate office to call me and talk to them about all this and still no phone call so i have a 100.000.00 camper for sale por pay off just so i do not have to deal with these people again do not deal with the dealer ship the are rude and the worse people do not waste time or money

BUYER BEWARE ... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BLUE COMPASS (especially the Benson location (formerly RV One), although the leadership beyond that location is equally bad). They do not back the RVs they sell. We could not use our BRAND NEW $265,000 RV for the first 11 months. In the first 15 minutes of getting the RV home, we discovered that the generator was not working. We called the dealership and they said "We CANNOT help you." Rather than focus on the customer, leadership began playing the blame game internally of which entity was going to have to pay for the warranty work. Our calls were not answered. We only drove the RV to/ from different locations trying to find ANYONE that could identify the issue and fix it. Leadership offered payment for loss of use and then when the time came, said they never offered that. Our warranty expired before we even took a trip in the RV, and they would not entertain the idea of paying for an additional warranty for us. THIS HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE, and I am STUNNED by the POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES OF BLUE COMPASS. Don't even think about buying from this company.

We purchased a 2025 Grande Design from Longs SC store in November. The unit came in damaged from another dealer in Florida. They waited a week before parts even got ordered. After waiting for another 3 weeks still no parts. Because of time as we will be living in it a few months due to selling our house. They were made aware of our time crunch when it was ordered. After phone calls made, Elijah the vice president called me. Assured me it would be done, yeah not quite. The store manager yelled at me in the phone saying I was being unreasonable. After calls, messages sent to VP no response. Really sad after spending over 100k with them. Guess it's time to lawyer up, AVOID Blue Compass at all costs.
